I had a partial tear of my PCL almost a year ago while playing basketball. Prior to that I never wore any braces for my knees or ankles. However this was a major injury for me and I wanted to play it safe. 8 months after my injury I was finally ready to go back to sports. I was recommended by multiple friends of Neenca knee braces. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning however when I was doing sports I could feel the difference. I could feel that my knee is not being overloaded with stress when I run or make cuts. It is comfortable and not too restrictive. This knee brace serves exactly what it claims to do and I highly recommend it. I also want to send shoutout to their customer service. They acted very quickly and professionally to address my concerns on ordering the wrong size. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience product wise or customer service wise. 5 star all around.

Finally found a knee brace that doesn’t slip out of place. My thighs are much bigger than my legs so finding a knee brace that stayed snug and didn’t move has been almost impossible. Even the really expensive custom made knee braces didn’t stay put. Eventually after a few steps they all slipped down or became lose. It’s comfortable but snug. It’s not too thick so it’s not too hot. I’m going to be ordering another one to have as a backup.

Ordered the first one in size I thought would work per my v1 of same item. The size was a bit small but the company got back with me and wanted to send me the correct size. I told them to send me a size larger and it only took 4 days for the new knee brace to arrive. Once I put it on, I knew it would work! Fits very nicely, it’s very comfortable and works great! Great customer service with this whole process. I will recommend to anyone and I plan on getting another one so I can wear it for work.

Ordered a Medium (new style). Chart says medium fits 15.7" to 17.7" thigh as measured approx. 5" from the center of the kneecap. The product is a tightly woven, thick heavy duty sleeve that seems to be well-made. However the circumference of the top of the sleeve out of the package was about 13", meaning it would need to expand 3 to 4 inches to fit a 17.7". I struggled to position the sleeve knee support area over my kneecap AND over my 16+ inch thigh (sleeve extends approximately 7" past the center of the kneecap). It was much too tight to wear comfortably while exercising.I had hoped to wear it on 100km and 100 mile cycling events, but bunching/binding behind the knee would have been problematic on long rides. At 69yo, it is not as if I have sculpted body building legs, just very fit no fat build. Although I returned the item, I'm guessing it works well for some, hence the 3 stars. Perhaps the Large size would work OK, but I didn't want to take the chance.

This is seriously my favorite knee brace!! It has plenty support and stability, and is a huge help on my bad days, but isn't too much support or rigid either. I can still go through my full range of motion... At least as much as knees are supposed to have, instead of too much movement.They're also the only ones I have with minimal shifting, and require less stops to pull them back up into place. I've tried multiple other brands, and several of the ace brand braces, but they all either don't fit me in any way and are either way too tight in the legs but okay at the knee, or fit my legs better but are so loose at the knee it's pointless to wear them. Or they shift, and slide, and fall down my leg every 20 minutes.These ones while they do shift, esp if I wear them over clothes, it's minimal and nowhere near as often. If I wear them against my skin they shift even less, which is awesome.I think the one downside, is that it is p noticeable through clothes. They fit under all my clothes just fine, but the gel pad is noticeable especially since I wear a lot of leggings and skinny jeans. When I'm I'm longer dresses or skirts those obviously cover them but, it's something to keep in mind.That said, I love the gel pads. They also kinda cushion or knees if you trip and fall, or fall on your knees doing sports or dodging children and dogs, and they make kneelimg down to be cleanimg through lower cabinet shelves and drawers more comfortable as long as you aren't kneeling more than 20 minutes or so at a time. Much more than that, and it gets a little pinchy.These are seriously my favorite though, and do everything I need. If discreet is a huge deal to you, they definitely wouldn't be number one to try, but otherwise I'd say theese are well worth a try if you've had a lot of problems with other brands!And in transparency, I was given a giftcard offer, but that just incentivized me to actually take the time to sit down and finally write this review, I have been meaning to for a few weeks.

This lightweight, sleek Neenca Knee Brace arrived at the day promised in a somewhat beat-up box inside a plastic bag. It's easy to put on, tight enough for my adult knee (which is the size of a kid's knee), and sturdy enough that my MCL feels fairly secure. The gel-filled ring around the kneecap is very comfortable, and helps keep the brace from slipping down. I hope the side supports, which are not nearly as strong as the metal supports I've been bracing my knee with for 10 weeks, are unbreakable and will be satisfactory as I move on in my rehab.

In my opinion, this brace is one of the best available in its price range. The quality is exceptional, providing excellent support for my old MCL injury. It’s comfortable to wear during activities such as climbing, offering proper compression around the joint area. Overall, a fantastic product. Own 2 of them.
