is bengay still watery and runny like the lat time I bought it?

I believe creams become runny when exposed to heat or hot weather. Too much time passing will cause that to happen too. The components of the cream separate inside the tube or container. It can help to massage or squeeze the tube with the cap on to mix them back up. Shaking the container too may help. Often you can still use & feel the effects of the ointment even though it's runny, although its messy. If it's a problem, then you just have to buy a newer, fresher tube.
