Soft modern lighting
We bought two of these lights for our hallway and upstairs landing. The black fitting is a lovely contrast against the rattan shade and gives a soft modern look to the room. The cord can be shortened to desired length. Please be aware that the rattan can cast a shadow lined pattern when illuminated however this can be easily eliminated by using the correct type bulb as we discovered. Really pleased with them and great quality for the price.

Small but cute
Didn’t realise how small they would be, too small for where I was using them. Unfortunately had to return, but seemed really well made and they’d look perfect above a dining table or breakfast bar as a pair.

Great Chandelier
Great Chandelier - looking great.the only cons which need to consider, is that using 12 40-60W bulbs is making too much light, tons on brightness. but using weak bulbs (Edison) is too orange-light. so I recommend a Chandelier with less than 12 bulbs.

Amazing chandelier!!
I was thinking to receive a gigantic box for this chandelier as it looks like an octopus with lots of spikes. I was so surprise when receiving a box which is a lot smaller. I understand completely when I opened it up and was amazed by the design. The 12 tubes which connected the light bulbs were pre wired but the golden tubes are not completely fixed, it was detached with the wire on and is compacted just like an umbrella. The main rod down from ceiling can choose to use from one rod to four rods, depending on where you want to hang it. It leaves you with lots of flexibility. The assembly is not hard, just like the normal ceiling lamp installation. The 12 bulbs are not included and I mix and match with 2 different sizes of industrial Style bulbs. They just looks great before I light it up and looks even better when I turned them all on. You can imagine how bright it is with 12 bulbs therefore suggested to use in larger rooms or high ceiling. I really like it as it mixes the industrial feel and modern design together.

Great looks, tedious to install
The light arrived quickly and was easy to build but wow how hard is it to install. The issue is that the part that fits to the ceiling is too small, both in terms if diameter and depth. The result is that the wire, for the eight lamps, and for connecting to the supply don't fit easily in to it, especially when you use the supplied 8 way connectors. I had to enlarge the hole in the ceiling and still had to push the light up......and that crimped a wire and short circuited the supplyAll in all a simple fit turned into a bit of a nightmare. All that is required is for the ceiling bit to be a little larger, especially deeper to accomdste all the wires
