Kombat UKMen's Patriot Soft Shell Jacket

I had the MTP version and loved it; robust, warm and decently waterproof. Good hood and plenty of pockets. Sold it on when I left the RAFAC.So I bought the black one for my new job - arrived today and its a perfect fit. Lovely job.Thanks for the excellent service! Truly appreciated.

This Jacket is awsome.Completly water proof.Light But warm.Fold away hood which can’t be seen when not in use.The sizing is perfect I normally wear an XL jacket and this allows for a jumper or thin fleece underneath.Dont buy from China where the sizing is a lottery.This jacket might seem a little pricey at first but the quality and thought that’s gone in to it definitely justify the the price.Im Six feet tall and the XL hangs just below jean pocket height at the front with the tail at the back made slightly longer which dosent show in the photo But is brilliant.Nice jacket comfortabl to wear.Could do with some different colour choices apart from the Hendrey ford black 😉

Totally to small by about -4 sizes on GB size , returned for credit, nice jacket though and well made

The jacket looks brilliant quality but unfortunately the large grey patches shown in other reviews (but not shown in the sellers pictures) means this doesn’t match well enough to be worn in uniform unfortunately so had to return.

I’ll start this off by saying how reluctant I am on buying kit. I’ve been serving for a fair few years now and am sick of seeing blocks with all the gear and no idea, however… i cannot honestly say I’m not at all jealous of the fact that they can part with the money for such items.This obviously all stems down to money. Because I don’t have the money for expensive kila jackets let alone rab, it leaves me budget buying and even then explaining it to my other half is another battle in itself…All that being said, I finally delved into the idea of “screw it, I’m gonna go for it” after all, I’ve been in for a while now, so why not aye? Makes me a little less cold out on the field? So I purchased it.Upon receiving the jacket is was a little sceptical, immediately thinking I’ve wasted money, and that it’s too thin, feels cheap etc… oh I was wrong, so wrong.This jacket has been just as effective as my mates kila, if anything I’d say better, only down to the fact that, it does the same, it waterproofs the same, but when his gets caught and eventually tears and he’s looking at getting a new one… whew, he’s a few hundred pounds out of pocket. When you’re £50 if that happens to you… which so far it hasn’t.It’s kept me warm on some cold nights and very dry in some wet ones.It’s been the blanket for toes and the cover for a wet seat.Fantastic buy. I caught on a sale so even better. However the asking price is damn worth it.

Fits perfect and very comfy. Only me being “fussy” the colour doesn’t exactly match my MTP kit. But i’ll probably only use this jacket on ranges/ex
