Very comfy and nice looking! Heat and massage are awesome. The only problem with chair are the arm rests of which I’m waiting on support. They do not attach to chair 2 posts are inserted into chair and that’s it. They move around and do not stay put?! That’s all, I’m sure there is a fix. Otherwise good purchase/ 😊

Nicer than I thought. It’s heavy but it’s easy to put together. Bought it for my mom who has dementia to make it easier for her to get up. She loves it!! It was also delivered sooner than expected which is fine with me..

Purchased this chair for my elderly father whom is now on Peritoneal Dialysis that I administer at home. Laying in bed makes it hard to drain if he is on his side. As a side sleeper your entire life it is hard to adjust to any other position. Anyway, I purchased this chair to see if it would help him and it has been a lifesaver so far. He can sleep comfortably while his dialysis is in process. I noticed others commenting on the massage not being the best, but I think its all about your expectations. It is not meant to be a professional massage chair/table, it is a basis massage just like one of the individual mats you'd buy for a chair. The lift operates just fine, we haven't had to use it much as he does still have some mobility. The material is nice and you would be able to wipe anything off if you got to it quickly. If that were an issue I would suggest spraying Scotchgard on it prior to using it. I placed a "Pet" cover on this one just in case. I had to contact customer service regarding delivery as it said it was out for delivery for a week after it said it would be delivered. The chair had shipped Fed-Ex, not Amazon. Then I found out that Fed-Ex put it as delivered the week prior and it had not been. Customer service said they would try to do what they could from their end and if they could not locate it they would send me a replacement chair. Suddenly the next day the chair finally arrived. So I found out that apparently Fed-Ex also uses a third party company to help with their deliveries as well. So be mindful of that because the company's Customer service is fabulous and they shipped it sooner than it stated, Fed-Ex was the problem. I am now thinking Ill order another one for dad's room.

I wanted to wait a moment so I can give a honest review so here we go: I purchased this chair 08/02/2026 and received it 08/05/2026, all parts in one box. I am a 30 years old woman with sickle cell and my niece (11yrs old) and I was able to get the box into the back of my house and put it all together within 30 to 45 minutes. I did have to take the parts out and drag them to my room because of how heavy they were but it was doable. I weight 360 pounds and my height is 5’6. I am hefty so when I say this chair handles me well, I am not lying! What I wanted was a chair that had cup holders, can heat up, and give an ok massage when needed. This recliner has checked off all of that plus more. As I said I have sickle cell anemia which is a chronic pain disease you are born with. This heating feature was not just a simple want of mine, it’s a necessity for my disease because it can help stop me from going into a full flare. I love that it comes in increments of 15 min, 30 min, or an hour. You can even use both feature of massaging and heating at the same time and let me just say it is heaven! I’m not going to go through all of the features but I also enjoy that you can choose the intensity of your massage as well. Cons: There is no option for the temperature of the heat. But luckily for me it’s just right. If you are looking for a more specific temperature I would say, even though this recliner is pricy, it’s still worth it & you should just invest into a heating blanket so you can have more control. Like I stated I’m 5’6 and my feet do hang off the leg rest when laid out. Somehow it actually makes me feel more comfortable but I can see how that would be a con to someone my height or taller. This one is a very particular con and could be looked at as a pro to some, but the chair is very large in width. I love that for myself, but I did have to downgrade my king size bed to a queen in order for my chair to fit in my room. As the pictures shows it’s a very tight fit, however, I wouldn’t want it any other way! I genuinely enjoy this chair to its fullest. Lastly, I use a neck pillow (the ones you usually see while traveling) & it is perfect because it gives me that extra support that I don’t get from the chair itself. It’s honestly not as bad as it sounds, I just simply like to read and the position I put myself in is not nearly as comfortable without the pillow. Pros: I hope I haven’t scared you off with the cons because I promise you the pros do outweigh them. First, the comfort of this chair makes me feel like Goldilocks! Not too hard, not too soft, but just right! Lol! I have mistakenly fallen asleep in this chair more times than I can count on one hand & if I’m being very honest I prefer the recliner over my bed! A surprisingly helpful feature that I didn’t think I would be using is the power lift! For me to be 360 pounds this chair lifts me with no problem & it’s great to use when I’m trying to apply lotion on my legs. The cup holders are awesome! I have a side table full of things so it’s nice to put my drinks down by me and I LOVE that you can close them when you don’t need them. The two side pockets are a nice touch as well. Even though I’m going to be purchasing a waterproof recliner cover protector because I like to sit in my chair after my shower. I will still be replacing it with one that has pockets on both sides because they do come in handy! (I’ll put that at them end of my review if anyone needs one as well & the size for it.) Lastly, I haven’t experienced it myself, but this is what convinced me to make the purchase, the customer service! I’ve seen a few other reviews that seemed to have issues come along with their chair & though I’m not trying to jinks myself, I do like that we have a customer service we can actually call and talk too. I was looking at a few other recliners before this one and all was cheaper ranging around $200-$300, unfortunately though, I’ve seen multiple people under those reviews that had issues and the only thing they could do was either throw it away or return it back to the store. The hassle alone as making my blood boil for them. It seems like this recliner actually has a company that cares about your convenience & comfort. I hope to never have to find out but it’s comforting to know they are there if needed. Overall, I’ll give this chair a 9/10! It’s worth the money and I feel like salesman myself on how I’m trying to convince my sisters to buy theirselves one of these! Rather it’s for chronic pain, the elderly, or you simply want to gift yourself a comfortable-relaxing chair, I say do it & but this recliner now! (I’m thinking it’s not allowed to promote other items even though I’m not getting paid to promote it. With that being said I’ll add a pic, but it fits like a glove! You’ll want to make sure you get the 23.6”.)

I can tell you this chair is very nice I have had multiple times I've had to contact the seller due to an issue with the product. They have been very easily accessible and have met my needs thus far. I like that it has a long warranty I also extended the warranty through the Amazon warranty option. Warranty covers amazing things for easy coverages and repairs replacements. I have gotten a new power cord as well as a new remote control. I can say that the leg rest on the chair does have a little bit of issues with the fabric at times. Cup holders are amazing that they go in and out. For somebody that has a back issue it's a little difficult to lean forward to reach your cup if you were in a full back recline. So you would have to raise your incline to go back into the full seating position in order to get something from your cup holder. I do like that they go inside the chair for easy storage. They glide in and out extremely well. The Assembly of the chair was very easy to do a little on the heavy side but as expected with a full metal frame. I purchased this chair as I was having a hysterectomy. And it would make my surgery recovery easy. Great for somebody with back issues. Not the most comfortable chair to try to sleep in as it does not recline far back enough to be laying down in the sleeping position. But it is very comfortable to be on. Everybody that has set in this chair enjoys it. The massage is so intense that it will actually shake your floor. It is on the loud side I can hear it running outside of my house. Which is not necessarily a bad thing just means that it works very well and gives a good massage. The heat on the chair also is very nice not overly hot so no worries about burning yourself. But enough to alleviate your back pain. I wouldn't change a thing about this design. Definitely recommend it it is heavy duty and durable.

I purchased this CANMOV Power Lift Recliner in July 2025 for my mother. Initially, we were very happy with it—the camel color looks great, the fabric is comfortable, and the heat feature works well. The motor is powerful enough to handle the lift function easily. (Note: the massage is more of a light vibration and doesn't do much, but the other features were good). However, we recently discovered a major safety issue: the main support beam under the chair has a broken weld. The metal has completely separated, which makes the lift mechanism unstable and unsafe to operate. What is most concerning is that this chair is rated for a 450lb weight capacity, yet the weld snapped even though the individuals using the chair are all under 250lbs. The chair has been well-cared for and used normally, so this is clearly a manufacturing defect in the steel frame. I have reached out to CANMOV to file a warranty claim since it is within the 1-year window. I am hoping they stand behind the product and provide a replacement. I will update this review based on how their customer service handles the repair or replacement process. UPDATE (March 2026): I am raising my rating to 5 stars. After discovering the broken weld, I contacted CANMOV support. "Rosie" replied within 24 hours and immediately offered a full chair replacement. The new chair was shipped within two days. While the original defect was disappointing, the company’s commitment to their warranty is outstanding. It's rare to see a company stand behind their product this quickly and efficiently.

Very good chair. Motors will make tv pixelated when vibration is on. That is the only downside of this chair.

Bought it in July it’s Dec now and already the back of the chair feels loose and leans to the right. It is very comfortable until the last few weeks when I started feeling like I was leaving to the right. Also the foot rest comes up but you basicly have to. E almost laying down To have your feet up. I really wish that I could give more stars but for only having it 6 months and only having used it for 4 of those months because of having to clean out a spot and remove the old recliner it stayed boxed up for the first two months. I can’t say I recommend this chair it’s not very good neck support and the chair seems not to be very durable. Update. The original chair has been hauled away has the back collapsed backwards off of it completely and the footrests mechanism broke completely as well. Contacted the company and they sent me a new chair of the updated version I’ve had it since around Feb 2026 it is now Aug 2 2026 and the chair still feels good and working. I did buy a head rest pillow because there wasn’t enough neck support for me and I put a lumbar pillow because when you lay flat there feels like a piece of the frame doesn’t have enough cushion on e it but with these two cushions the chair is great honestly I tend to fall asleep in it from time to time as it’s so nice and comfortable. Only can do 4 stars due to the first chair issues and the need for the additional cushions. I do also feel like the seat might have settled a little and it might be lower than it was with my weight. But time will tell if that’s just the chair settling in or if something in this chair is slowly failing as well.
