These proofing baskets are fantastic! I got into the sourdough trend this year (a little late, I know) and had been using a colander lined with a tea towel to proof my dough in the fridge. These banneton baskets definitely upleveled my game and now let me proof and bake two loaves at once. I just cover them with a shower cap in the fridge and let them proof overnight - works perfectly. They’re lightweight, hold their shape well, and are easy to clean after use. The included dough whisk is also great and makes mixing the starter and dough much easier. Overall, this is a solid set for anyone getting serious about sourdough baking.

Love everything that comes in this kit just be aware it might not be the best quality. The dough whisk broke before I was even able to mix my first loaf.

This group of tools is a great partner in your home-made sour dough bread making. The baskets are traditional shapes for round and oval breads. The stirring tool does mix the dough better than a spoon. The slicer does have a nice sharp blade for an even cut. The cutting blades are wrapped carefully in an envelope to protect your fingers. My favorite is the green plastic brush with soft plastic brushes which can easily be washed.
