Difficult to put together, missing some hardware, plastic stairs needed excessive trimming to fit stainless uprights. Once it was together it seems OK. Haven't tried it yet but looks nice. Definitely get what you paid for.

This later was not easy to assemble. Many holes didn't quite line up and had to be adjusted manually. There were plastic edges that had to be filled off in order for everything to fit. I recommend 2 people put this together.However, assembly aside, this is a very sturdy ladder. I am 260+ lbs and this ladder doesn't wobble or feel like it's bending. Getting past the top handrails is a little difficult because they are close together, but it's still doable. I am pleased overall with the quality and sturdiness.

I'm average build, but the 14in distance between the rails is VERY tight. Plus assembling this thing is a nightmare, the plastic/resin step holes are too tight for the metal to slide into. The washer that came with the ladder may be able to fit the metal version of the ladder but they do not fit the resin version, as the opening underneath the step does not allow for the washer to fit.My recommendation is to buy the Blue Wave Premium Stainless Steel In-Pool Ladder for Above Ground Pools from Home Depot at $243.THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURNS! Ever try and ship a box that like 9 ft tall? My guess is the return shipping will be about $100.I've bought 3 ladders, and this one is the only one that took me an hour and half to assemble the others took maybe 20 min tops.

Not a bad ladder! Wish it was a little sturdier. Doesn't come with the deck flanges.

Was told it was rated for 300 lbs. Sticker on rail said 225 lbs. Also description said heavy-duty. Any ladder rated at 225 lbs is lite duty. All these companies are con artists.

I thought this ladder would be easy to assemble and it turned out to be extremely difficult. We couldn't even get one step on !! After struggling with it for almost an hour I gave up and decided to pack it up and send it back ... this wasn't the ladder for us. However, after going through all this hassle of packagingit up and bringing it to UPS .. I'm informed that it's going to cost me $230.00 to ship it back !!! That's more than I paid for the ladder ... I'm so upset with this company. I do hope they see this review and reach out to me so we can solve this matter.

Just put this ladder together. Not only did we have to put it together. We also had to re drill the holes for every step. Thank God we had the correct drill bit and file to do so. Would not recommend it. Especially having to re-dill the holes.

Easy to put together and install. Very durable and looks great! No gives or bends when using this ladder. We have had kids and adults using this ladder and it has yet to move or alter since installation. Very pleased with our purchase.
