Poor use
The switch got overheated and burned on its own in the middle of around 48-50 degrees . Stupid product gives earthing all the time above 950 degrees

Excellent machine with easy to use
Used the new product received as per the instructions mentioned, it was working good and was melting the gold properly. We highly recommend this machine for melting gold. Very Easy n simple to operate. Best part is that it indicates when the gold is properly melted at 1100 degree celcius so u don't have to check again n again. Highly recommended.

Good for melting gold
Overall good product good for melting gold but the coal bowl that is in the box is quite small If u have to just melt just a few items then it is sufficient but if u are a jeweller and need to melt more gold then u have to buy a coal crucible from outside which costs around 160(70-70 size) in which u can put around 150gms jewellery and melt it

Worthless product, poor design
Furnace lids distorted due to poor packing. Worthless as the screws are not properly fixed. Power switch is not fixed at place. Overall, plz don't buy. I have returned the product hoping to get a good one. Depending upon the replace quality, I shall revise the review.
