Ease of carrying: Has a little loop for carrying while you walk. Bottle size: Small, which is what I wanted. Fits in small purse/backpack. Bottle quality: Well designed. Easy to open and drink from. (I had a small bottle that I loved for the size, but I tended to choke on the water because it had to be tipped upside down to drink from.) Easy to clean. Keeps water cool-ish in a hot car - but a note of caution here, as I only left it in the car once.. Excellent product altogether.

I don't know how many times I have dropped this thing on the sidewalk or street while walking or jogging. It doesn't even show scratches. Plus after a year of constant use (I even have it by my bedside at night), not one drop has leak out. I had to buy a 2nd one, just because I left the first one somewhere.

Perfect size for traveling. It doesn't sweat and the drink spout is the perfect size. I have trouble opening it one handed (the stopper tends to stick, requiring one hand to press the button and the other hand to open the top), but the good outweighs the bad.

I'll add to this if I see any issues but my initial reaction is that I like it! Seemingly very high quality, the plastic has a nice dull powdery rich look to it, the pop up lid snaps shut with a little loop you can flip for extra security, and it feels European(if there is such a thing) and it does appear to be a UK company(made in china but maybe designed in the UK?). Note: the black one isn't clear enough to see the liquid and markings on the side(I took a star off for this). I needed a small 10-12oz. container for a natural medicine as recommended by The Medical Rebel that is to be drank in small amounts throughout the day. It was pretty slim pickings for a water bottle this small that needed to be opaque so no biggie that I can't see through it I just thought since it had markings on the side you'd maybe be able to look through it slightly. They should probably mention this in the description. But other than that I would recommend this! Very happy with it so far!

I really wanted to like these. However, after only a month one bottle started leaking when turned upside down and the other (dark teal version) started peeling (the plastic on the outside of the bottle). I've had water bottles that were sold for half the price of this one and they were much longer lasting and higher quality. They look cool, but the quality is poor.

Ordered another water bottle after mine melted when accidentally placing backpack on top of radiator. Like the thinner size & secure lid. Hiked Switzerland w/ this.

This is my third ion8 water bottle, which I bought a few months ago to replace one that I lost. The previous ones served me very well. I loved the one-touch opening and the air vent. This new version improved the locking of the cap, which I appreciate. I preferred the strap on the first version rather than the ring on the second, but I got used to the ring. It’s ok. The problem is that after about 3 months of use, the spring in the cap broke. Now the one-touch opening is no longer one touch—it takes two hands without the spring. I didn’t do anything different with this one from my previous ones, which lasted for years. (I still have one of the two; I lost the other one.) I was eventually able to contact the manufacturer (had to google them—there’s no contact information here on Amazon) and they replaced the cap free of charge after seeing photos of the bottle.

I’ve been using this brand for a while, and this is my third bottle. At first, when they are new, they are indeed water leak proof. But over time, as they wear out, they start leaking, and my handbag got wet a few times. I can understand that since the bottle is in daily use, the mechanism can break. However, my LAST purchase was a big disappointment! I bought a new water bottle to take on a long trip with me that involved 2 planes, a train, and a car ride. I needed a bottle I could trust. I chose this brand again and wasn’t worried about it leaking, since it was brand new. HOW DISAPPOINTED WAS I in the middle of my long international flight to discover my HANDBAG being WET, with my belongings inside also wet!! The bottle was closed and sealed, yet somehow this BRAND NEW BOTTLE leaked half the water inside my purse. I cannot forgive this and will never buy your water bottle again.

Tout d'abord, parlons de son côté étanche 🫗 Cette gourde est un vrai ninja de l'étanchéité ! Vous pouvez la jeter dans votre sac à dos, la secouer, la retourner, faire des sauts périlleux avec, elle ne laissera pas une goutte s'échapper. Plus besoin de vous inquiéter des catastrophes humides dans votre sac, c'est la tranquillité d'esprit ultime. De plus, elle est totalement sans BPA. Vous savez, ce truc effrayant que personne ne veut ingérer ? Eh bien, pas de souci avec la gourde Ion8 ! Elle est fabriquée à partir de matériaux sûrs, sans produits chimiques nocifs, pour que vous puissiez boire en toute confiance. Santé et hydratation sans compromis ! La couleur bleue est plutôt réussie et peps. A vous de trouver une couleur qui vous fait vibrer ! La contenance de 500ml est bien je trouve car elle n'est pas trop grande. Pour un sac d'école au collège c'est le bon format. J'en ai plusieurs de différentes contenances ce qui permet d'adapter en fonction des activités. En terme de résistance, pas d'inquiétude, je dispose de 2 autres Ion8 qui servent quotidiennement depuis plusieurs années et elles sont toujours en bon état
