Simple to put on - how can you struggle with 2 bits of velcro ! Undo it all and let it dangle so the pad is towards the top. Place pad on forearm and let the short end of the inner strap lay over the arm. The longer bit goes under and round, meets the top bit and secures with the first bit of velcro! A second outer thinner strap then wraps the whole way around, feeds through a buckle at it's base and pulls back on it's self to adjust the tension. It secures with the second piece of velcro! It really is no harder than doing up a watch strap - if you cant do this I'd hate to see you tying your shoe laces. I found it a bit itchy at first but quickly got used to it. Allows more force with effected arm before the tendon starts playing up.

Effective and provided easement however it is described as being one size fits all ... This certainly isn't the case and it could do with being an extra 3-6cm longer. I don't have arms like 'pop eye' but it is rather small. But effective if a little expensive

My arm is always going to hurt a bit, but this is without question the best arm support I have tried thus far to help with my tennis elbow. The little gel pad that sticks into the mass of hurty tendons seems to help, and the more I wear this the better I seem to be. Easy to adjust. NB if your hand turns purple and you lose feeling in your fingers, it is on too tight.

A very well made product that has really helped with the constant pain of severe tennis elbow.I have the sort of lifetsyle that doesn't let me rest the problem so it's great to have something to help me

This is a very poor product. Stiff incomfortable, hard plastic buckle which bites into flesh, hard to put on and take off and it does not apply properly to the area requiring pressure. This is definately one to avoid.

Best product I've found for my tennis elbows. Great support when they play up I've had problem for a few years and tried different things.

i have cronic tennis elbow, it didnt work well on mine. i suppose mine ran from wrist to elbow (pain and injury level) found no release in help or support from this 1.. sorry.

I have "mouse elbow" RSI (same as Tennis elbow), and this support is excellent in letting me get on with my day to day activities. I bought the Vulkan Elbow Support-Advanced Plastic to wear at night. 3 ice baths for the elbow daily plus some mild stretching exercise a day completes the treatment. Wear it as shown in the pic, not over the elbow, the tightness should be over your lower arm muscles.

Mit dieser Bandage kann man die Symptome eines Tennisarms recht gut lindern. Die längliche Kalotte erzeugt einen angenehmen Druck, gibt selbst nur wenig nach und behält ihre Form auch nach mehrmaliger Anwendung. Natürlich rutscht die Bandage bei stärkerer Aktivität irgendwann nach unten, aber das ist denke ich normal und der Anatomie, der Physik und dem Schweiß geschuldet. Die Bandage selbst kann da nichts für. Wenn ich etwas zum Meckern suche, dann vielleicht, dass der Klettverschluss bombenfest sitzt und man schon richtig Kraft aufwenden muss, um ihn zu lösen. Trotzdem von mir 5 Sterne

Questa fascia se correttamente posizionata riesce a scaricare la tensione dei muscoli sull' avambraccio prima che raggiungano l'epicondio infiammato. Grazie anche a questa fascia ho risolto l'epicondilite ( gomito del tennista ) . Ottimo materiale e grande tenuta dei muscoli. Nei negozi di ortopedia sarebbe costata più del doppio ! L'importante è posizionarla correttamente seguendo le istruzioni e i tutorial sul web.

Perfect support for tennis elbow , or those working out with heavy weights at the Gym. Have been using it for almost two months now . Highly recommended , for tennis , badminton and heavy Gym workouts.
