I am pleased with the quality of this 1:12 scale molding. It has good detail and looks like the real thing. It has a quality feel to it and really adds great detail to my room boxes. I've used it in two of my room boxes so far, with plenty left over for future projects. The pieces are 17 inches long, and my room boxes are 10×13 inches. I would definitely buy again.

I didn’t realize these were 1:12 scale until package came, but see photo! When I doubled them up they were perfect for 1:6 scale too! I’m remodeling dollhouse bathroom and needed something to accent a new wall I tried out. I have more to do but when I added the molding doubling it, and used two thinner ones for trim beneath, it looked great! I also used the floor trim included. I ordered more for other rooms. It’s a little pricey since I had to use two for each section of the room but there was enough to trim room with some left over. I love it and have been looking for something like this for a while! Glad I purchased it!!

This is good quality wood trim. Painted white and varnished. Ready to use.

If you build or renovate 1:12 scale dollhouses, a set like this is honestly so useful to have around. Trim and molding are one of those details that don’t seem terribly important until you add them—and suddenly the entire room looks significantly more realistic and finished. I really like that you get 18 pieces in different molding and trim styles, so you can use them for baseboards, crown molding, door and window trim, wall detailing, or even get creative and use pieces for custom miniature furniture and built-ins. The 17-inch lengths are also nice because you have enough material to work with without constantly piecing together tiny sections. They’re easy to cut down to whatever size you need. For anyone who does a lot of miniature projects, this is the kind of basic building material that’s worth keeping in your supplies at all times. Great scale, versatile, and instantly makes a dollhouse look more professionally finished. Easy 5 stars.

I am not even sure how to explain the issue. I purchased floor molding and cornice molding when i first got started. Well of course i ran out and needed more. What i got is smaller (narrow) than the first time. I am not sure if it will look ridiculous next to what's already in there. I guess I am now confused about what 1:12 really means. Product is good quality and can be lightly sanded to change the color. I am giving it 4 stars because it is well done but how to mix and match is another issue.

I have been renovating a wooden doll house made in 1933. The trim pieces make the house look classy and hide imperfections where walls meet flooring tile and ceilings. I selected these because they were already painted white. I used a single-sided razor blade and a hammer to cut them to the desired lengths. I thought they were a bit pricey, but there weren't any better options. The finish was good for doll house materials, but wasn't perfect. I ended up needing to buy 3 sets.

Super cute. Used these to help convert a dool house into a superhero headquarters. My son loved it! I just used some E600 glue and they are good.
