I bought this book for my granddaughter. A retired middle school math teacher, I was unsure how to approach beginning reading.What a hit this was!I was impressed by the author notes about context clues and how to “help” the early reader. Seeing the immense joy expressed by one little girl while reading her first book was priceless.
