We had a recent ant invasion inside the house and was told by an exterminator that he uses TenGuard but I could not get that product shipped to California. I did some research and Talak came up as a comparable product. I have only used it once and only inside the house because we were in the midst of a serious rain event here. So far so good, no ants. The bottle came shrink-wrapped and was sealed up to avoid any leakage. It is easy to measure the amount you need with the bottle having a pour spout with markings on it. I put it into a one gallon pump sprayer and it mixed easily and sprayed with no crazy odors like some of the products you get at the hardware store. I followed the mixing directions but actually added a bit more to make it stronger which may or may not have been a good idea. Because it is concentrated I should get many uses out of it making it a better value than the hardware store product.

I have purchased twice, used indoor and around the perimeter of my house and Not a bug in sight. And followed directions perfectly. Don't waste your money on Walmart or Hardware Store Stuff, this stuff is amazing and lasts a long time. Will keep purchasing this product.

I have tried many different chemicals over the years. But I have finally found the one that works. It’s easy to use. It has zero odor. You can use a regular garden sprayer. I use a backpack sprayer. Because I do inside and outside. It seems to be lasting with a residual. If you have issues with those wood eating carpenter bees. This stuff works. It works just not on contact. Saturate the areas the bees are trying to bore. It works. The pictures are three days after application. Never had that happen with other chemicals.

Has kept mosquitoes away for 4 weeks. Nothing else has come close. I used a hand sprayer. Be sure to follow safety instructions.

I love love love this product!!!! I’m the type of person that hates spiders and seeing one in my house will put me in a horrible mood! With that being said trust me when I say I have purchased everything in the market to avoid these creatures in my home and so far nothing has worked better than this!!! It’s so easy to use and so effective!! I highly recommend this!!!

As someone who deals with spidermites and was looking for a cheaper remedy, do not buy this for spidermites!!! Its useless on them even at stronger dosages. Im sure this might work for other bugs, but if your looking for something to kill spidermites THIS IS NOT IT! Sincerely a frustrated plant grower
