I went around my cabin this afternoon, and was very pleased to find everything dead. I have rain coming so I won't be able to s spray my yard yet, but that is next. This will treat my yard this year and next year. Very pleased with my purchase and the value is great. I have 2 pitbulls and it said pet safe, and they had no issue with it. There is no smell at all to the product after spraying. Sprayed very nicely, with no issues. We get a lot of bugs down here in Florida, particularly ants, palmetto bugs, spiders. Of these ants are the most persistent. I mixed 1 oz to a gallon of water in a pressure sprayer and sprayed around the outside perimeter of the house. The next day there was a graveyard of palmetto bugs and I didn't see one ant, the spiders disappeared as well. After one week, only the ants are back but I think that is because of the cat food outside. I then sprayed the inside perimeter and the emptied cabinets and closets. Same thing, no bugs. The only thing I haven't been able to eradicate is the tiny little ants but I'm going to spray where I think I they are nesting next. Inside I used 2oz per gallon of water. We have two cats and so far they seem fine. I'm not sure how often I'll need to spray to keep the critters under control but this 32 oz bottle goes a long way so I'm good for awhile. So far this has been an excellent product, no smell, seems to be pet safe, and it's effective.

Can't say that I am super impressed with this stuff. In a war with clover mites. I'm spraying around baseboards, windows, doors, outlets, plumbing, cracks, etc, everything. It does kill them on contact, but so does soapy water. Seems to be very little if any residual effect that kills them after crossing over treated surfaces. Between this stuff, soapy water, vacuuming, and squishing, I hope I am getting ahead of the batch of eggs hatching next sequence. I'm convinced that with clover mites, if you see them inside in the spring, you've lost the near term battle.
