Cargo Cases

I frequently spend time in the woods, maintaining trails, cutting wood and just generally enjoying the outdoors. I used to keep my outdoor gear under the back seat of my pickup truck, but traded it in for a Toyota 4Runner, which doesn't allow the same solution. I wanted a cargo box that fits snuggly in the rear cargo compartment. Short of buying something custom-made, this fits nicely with about 1/2 an inch of space on either side of the Pelican cargo box when placed in the rear space. Great quality, secure and easy to access. It does slide a bit with hard stops/acceleration when on the plastic cargo mat, but not if it's sitting on the carpeted floor without the mat.

After much research, decided to go with the tried and true Pelican brand for a case I can keep in the need of my truck. So many features and best part, I can lock it down, it’s air tight and my items are safe on my long road trips.

Solid!! Very well made! Can’t go wrong with Pelican. Bought for my 24 Tacoma. Fits perfect in between the wheel wells and under my bed cover.

Looks like poor clean up after mold removal. Grinding opened up air bubbles in the seams, not sure what this will do to the box over time. Also, the box collects moisture inside during humid days, leaving me with wet gear.

The case is ok, nothing special. The clasp started acting up and can be almost impossible to latch.
