These lumbar pillows are perfect to use at home, at the office, and on the plane. They are a real back saver! It's like magic that they inflate with one push of a button and they deflate into a small enough size to fit into my backpack. I can control the level of inflation if having it more inflated or less inflated is more comfortable for me. I like these so much I bought a second one, plus one for a relative.

Fabulous! Saved my back on a 14 hour trip. It expands and adjusts easily. Belt has an extender and adjusts around your waist securely. Takes a little room in a backpack but we'll worth it!

If you have back issues, you’ll want this! After a recent injury, I was trying to figure out how to manage discomfort on a really long plane ride. I needed something that was portable, yet supportive and functional. This was perfect. It’s “fairly compact” when the air is released and can fit into a backpack. It inflates really nicely on its own when you open the valve, but if you want it to inflate more quickly or if you want it inflated to the max, you can simply blow air into it. This saved me on my long flight and was perfectly supportive for my back. One note: the photos imply this comes with a cover/case but it does not. Instead it came with a strap to hold it in its compact state for travel.

The product is great as a back support. It inflates fairly easily although for me it was a little slow so I would always add air. It is heavier than most products because of the filling used, but we just had a six hour flight and it was extremely helpful in making our seat comfortable. You can wear it around your waist if you would prefer not to have the weight in your carry-on bag.

I’m 5’1” with lower back issues, so I got this inflatable pillow for a 10-hour flight. My trip got cancelled, but I tried it in my car instead and it made a huge difference! Regular lumbar supports are always too high for me, but this one lets me adjust the height and firmness exactly how I need it. The memory foam is really comfortable too. It stays put and feels great. I’m definitely bringing it on my next flight. Totally worth it!

The inflatable support is actually very comfortable. I can blow air in and take out to adjust how stiff the lumbar back should feel. I use this to tie against myself so the support can go with me wherever I choose to sit. However, the straps designed for this item only fit a certain waist length. If your waist circumference is too small or too large then it will not fit to strap onto stomach area. I had to manually sew the extension strap to shorten the strap in order to fit my waist. The other issue is the material of the straps itself. They are made with elastics, which will loosen up overtime from stretching. The elastic also doesn’t feel very firm and may snap and rip if overstretched too much. If the company redesigns this with a larger range adjustable waist circumference and change the fabric material to a nonstretch fabric then this would be a 5 star.

I don’t normally review most of the things that I buy, but this lumbar support pillow is well made enough that I had to share. It’s way more comfortable than I expected. It’s a bit on the larger side, but the support and comfort more than make up for it. I’m already considering getting another one for my car. If overall well-being is your goal, this is a great choice. Buy with confidence.
