Super sharp
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He runs a BBQ catering business in Kentucky. He loves it and says it’s the best knife he’s ever used. Super sharp and easy to clean.

Great Knife!
The concept of fantasy kitchen utensils is somewhat foreign to me. However, I saw several users of Dalstrong products on YouTube, and thought I would give them a shot. The knife is a piece of art! And performs as well as it looks. Hopefully, it will last the test of time! Worth every penny!

There is nothing I dislike about this knife, cuts very thin layers of fine meats.

I love Dalstrong but they missed on this series.
TLDR. I live Dalestrong but not this series. I bought 2 of these based on reviews. I opened one, held it for 3 seconds and immediately boxed it back up . It is extremely lightweight to the point it feels really cheap. The finger groove is really tight and the balance is off because it’s a partial tang. If you are accustomed to pulling out a Dalstrong with heft then skip on this series. I bought 2 Barbarian series slicers for double the price last night and I’m waiting for them to arrive.
