Townhouse Mailbox

We bought this mailbox as a simple upgrade, and it checks all the boxes. The galvanized steel feels thick and solid, not paper-thin like some cheaper boxes. It gives a sturdy, well-built feel when you open and close the lid, and the black color finish looks clean and modern against our siding. Functionality-wise, it works exactly as expected. The top lid has a nice overhang that helps keep rain out, and there’s enough space inside to hold several days of standard mail without things getting crammed. Envelopes, flyers, and small packages fit comfortably, and the opening is wide enough that our mail carrier has no issues. Installation was straightforward, the included hardware made it easy to mount, and once it’s up, it feels secure. It’s held up great in different weather conditions with no rust, warping, or moisture inside. For the price, the quality is impressive. If you’re looking for a well-made, functional mailbox that doesn’t take up too much space but still gets the job done, this is a great choice.

Pretty well-made your typical metal mailbox. Was easy to put together and hang on the house and it looks really good.. We bought this to replace a mailbox that had no lid was rusted and had probably been on the house as long as the house has been here, we’re in 100 year-old house. So far this is with stood the weather well and I like having dry mail. Her other mailbox would get water in it..

Very good value for the money. Seems to be built fairly well, though I would say it's a "light" mailbox, not meant for heavy objects. On the smaller side, but still large enough to hold smaller packages and plenty of mail. It does not come with hardware, which I find odd. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase, and the directions do not tell you what to buy, except the size of drill bit. I mounted into stucco, and one my wall anchors and screws were in place, I found that the holds in the mailbox to slip over the screw heads were not big enough, so I had to take the screws out and drill them while holding the mailbox. Just hanging the mailbox wasn't enough, because it would move when I opened the lid. I had to tighten the screws to be more flush with the wall to hold it in place, bending the sheet metal a little, but still functional. Once mounted, it looks nice and works well.

WORKS, a little thin but works fine. I guess we'll see how long it lasts
