Zelladorra Japanese Floor Mattress, Futon Mattress

Wow, absolutely gorgeous floor mattress. Beautiful! Vibrant colors exactly as pictured, lovely soft material with matching cover, quite thick already and is soft yet firm and has a nice weight to it. The stitching looks good all the way around, no funny smells, no snags or pulled strings. It's a true to size queen bed. The pictures are of the mattress straight out of the vacuum sealed package that I then placed in the sunshine. I'm pleasantly surprised how thick it is immediately out of the packaging. I purchased this for my dog as he is nearing the end of his days and can no longer use his regular dog bed or the couch. This way we can lay together and sleep together. It's perfect. I was a little nervous bcuz of some of the reviews I saw. Man this thing is great! I'm so glad I bought and tried it for myself. Totally worth it. It came with straps and a bag for storage. Thoughtfully made floor mattress/futon that is worth the price!

I got this mainly as a back up floor mattress to use in case of an extra sleeping space that could easily roll up. The what I would call faux “canvas” bag that holds it is high quality and extremely durable. It comes with two straps to wrap around it to make it a tighter roll. It also has a drawstring cord to cinch it tight at the top of the storage bag so that looks really nice. The mattress is so comfortable and thick better on carpeted floor if able but I tried on tile and that was even pretty good. There’s a zip up, machine washable beautiful cover in the identical pattern as the inside mattress pattern. It is easy to zip and unzip. Washes up great. I got a twin set of cotton sheets for this mattress as well. As you can see my very elderly (20 years old) kitty Sammy is sleeping on top of the mattress-it’s his favorite place. Which is a compliment because there’s a ton of cozy spots in our house for him to nap. He loves his mattress! So I put it on the end of the bed instead of storing it. It looks like a decorative bed item in the twin size. Plus in the winter here it feels nice almost like a weighted blanket on my feet/legs if it’s cold. This thing is high quality, thick, and soft material-not scratchy -comfortable. It is also really nice looking and looks more expensive than it is. I also have watched tv on it lying down with it on the floor. My two cats enjoy laying on it with me as well while on the floor. (Not just when it’s on top of the end of the bed.) Came very tightly shrink wrapped. This mattress is fairly heavy and durable for its size, but not so heavy that it’s cumbersome. Highly recommend and great for sleeping too. I fell asleep while watching a show and it felt so relaxing. Good peace of mind for having extra sleep space too. SO MUCH BETTER THAN AIR MATRESS! I hate air mattresses they’re so awful! Plus a pull out couch is the worse with those bars sticking in your back. This is convenience personified and so easy to store away in its bag if you prefer. There is no detectable bad smell/odor. Not even a hint of chemical smell. To me it is a neutral basic “clean” scent. I washed the cover immediately as I always wash brand new stuff of course. Highly recommended!

I liked this floor mattress so much. I went back and bought a second one for my daughter. They come with a bag and they can fold and be stored in them. It is made out of a nice material, it’s substantial, but not too big. It is very comfortable. It can be used as a topper on a bed or just on the floor on its own. I love that. It has a zip off cover that you can wash. I have used this as a mattress pad on top of a twin bed, I have used it in the car for car camping, and in a tent for tent camping. I can’t recommend it enough. I really think it’s great.

Very fold able, id recommend using a layer between this and the ground even though it's not required, no smell, light weight, doesn't have a thick layer of foam, no back pain from use, Doesn't fit well in a sleeping bag but is a good size and is comfortable.

My kids absolutely love this floor mat! It’s great for sleepovers, camping, or when they want to lie down and watch a movie in my room. It’s super cozy, comfortable, and a really nice size. My 8-year-old is pictured on it, and there is still plenty of extra room, so it could easily fit an older child or even an adult if needed. It’s also easy to fold up and store away when it’s not being used. It has already gotten plenty of use in our house!

TLDR below-I frequently sleep on an air mattress and was hoping for a more comfortable, less temperamental setup that I could quickly and quietly setup and pack up. I give up my bed to company when we have people stay over. The reviews on this were good but someone a bit heavier (like me) suggested using it with a mattress topper. So I ordered it and a fairly thick mattress topper. It arrived, I unpacked it and I let it sit a while (a few hours) hoping it would expand but it’s fairly cold in my house so I decided to lightly add heat by warming up the room it was in to a nice 75 degrees. Yes, I did try it before adding heat but it was as hard as a brick. After adding a little heat it did expand to a little over 2 inches. A far cry from what I was promised but I was hopeful. I slapped the topper and sheets on it and let it sit an additional few hours before testing it out. Quite frankly, I can only lay on this for about 5 minutes before I’m in to much pain and have to get up, even after letting sit an additional day. My floors are hard wood but idt even a plush carpet could save this setup for me and honestly I think the topper is really doing most of the heavy lifting in the 5 mins I can stand. For me with both this mattress and the topper it feels like I basically put down two thick comforters and tried to sleep on that. I expected it to maybe sink after laying on it a while as it is foam but I wasn’t expecting it to be immediately uncomfortable to lay on. My partner has a much thinner and less curvy frame, think 5’7” and around 130lbs soaking wet (they’re also fairly young, mid twenties) and still struggles with this mattress. They are able to sleep on it which is more than I can do but wake feeling like they’ve been hit by a semi-truck…..Perhaps stacking two would make it comfortable for the average person but I’m pretty curvy and won’t be spending more money to test this theory. Back to the air mattress for me. I’m returning this for sure. TLDR: It didn’t really expand fully even after warming the room it was in. It was queen sized. I didn’t notice a smell. Mine didn’t have the cover with it so I don’t know if that fits. It’s not at all supportive and not comfortable. The stitching was pulling away in one small section so quality is questionable and probably wouldn’t last very long. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re curvy. Price was too good to be true and I certainly got what I paid for….

This is a beautiful, high quality floor mattress in every way, OTHER than the fact that it is absolutely not 4 inches thick. I compared it to a 3 inch thick memory foam mattress pad I have, it is not even as thick as that. It’s definitely not a “deep”, true memory foam like some of the other blue ones I’ve seen (and purchased) on Amazon, those are more “springy” and I imagine wouldn’t fold/roll up as well. So, as far as this item, it *is* easier to move, travel with, store, etc. but at the cost of it being a much less supportive, dense, high quality mattress. The cover, actual fabric of the mattress pad, etc. are adorable and I love the gradient. I love that there is a removable cover of the exact same design on the mattress, but again, the actual depth is a lie, and you should not expect a truly 4 inch mattress pad. If they could fix this, it would be perfect. And yes, I let it sit out to decompress for several days.

Great floor mattress. True to size description. Works great on carpet, will expect it will be great for camping. The cover is a great addition. I will spray down the mattress with waterproofing boot spray, and then use the mattress cover to keep the gentle feel. Will make for a great camping twin sized bedroll.

Love it, using for our window seat!!! Very bendy can configure in different ways, love napping on it! Will be great for sleepovers. The cover is definitely not waterproof but does protect from dust and pet hair!

The Zelladoora mattress is perfect to be stored in your cupboard and rolled out for a guest to sleep on - no matter their age. Great for young children and they can’t fall out of bed. The mattress is super comfortable.

Étonnamment tres confortable !!! Au debut jetais tres septique a l'idée de dormir a terre sur un petit matelas mais moi et mon conjoint dormons beaucoup mieu depuis ! Nous avons remarquer un meilleur soutient du dos que notre matelas traditionnel.
