As someone with coarse, dark, curly hair & PCOS-driven hyper growth, this product is literally LIFE-CHANGING. The item Braun Laser hair removal at home........which is purchased / delivered on 13 May 2025, is not functioning / working on my skin particularly on face, arms etc. which I could experience today test only because I could not get time due to some unavoidable reason to test on my skin within 7 days after delivery. The said item is totally useless for me. I want to return and get refund.

It is definitely not cordless. It has a non-removable adapter attached and requires to be plugged in during usage. It produces heat and has mild pain during usage. Results are observable from third or fourth usage.

Not sure if it works really well as I've only used it twice now. Will give an update after 2-3 months. People with darker skin tones n highly sensitive skin should not buy this, as on dark skin it wont work at all and on sensitive it might burn ur skin. N there's no option of return n refund, so take alot of your time to think before buying.

Ürünü satın alma süreci biraz uğraştırıcı ve saçmaydı. Bu ürünü galiba 4 kez satın aldım. Birincisi 18500 küsür idi. Aldığımın ertesi günü 17999 oldu ve fark iade istedim. Yapamıyoruz iade edin dediler. Iade başlattım, ucuzunu sipariş ettim. O geldi derken baktım ki ürünü 17450 olmuş, onu sipariş edecektim ki primeda indirime girer dediler diye ilk aldığımı iade edip ikinci beklettim (belki primedan önce arttırırlar da primeda yine de pahalı kalabilir diye düşündüm). Prime günleri geldi ve indirim olmadı. Ben de 17450 için sipariş oluşturdum. Ben sipariş verdim ya ertesi gün 15500'e indi. 17450'yi iptal ettim, 15500'ü aldım. Elimde tuttuğumu da iade ettim. Nihayetinde elimde 4. siparişimdeki cihaz var. Çok pahalı olduğu için hasarsız ayıpsız bir mal olmasını çok önemsiyorum. O yüzden acaba önceden kullanılmış mal göndermişler midir diye tedirgin oluyorum. Fakat bunu anlamam da imkansız. Ürünü bugün açtım ve hemen içindekilerin fotoğrafını çektim. Sanki tüye benzeyen bir şey gördüm, fotoğrafı ektedir. Ama emin olamıyorum tabii. Ağızlardan birinin camında sanki pütür pütür bi şeyler var ama bir hasara mı işaret eder bilemiyorum, o yüzden iade değişim oluşturmadım da fofoğraflayıp buraya ekliyorum. Sorun olması halinde en azından kayıtlarda olmuş olacak. Bir de sanki cihazın yan tarafındaki aksamların birleşiminde bir oturmama hali var. Herhalde normal bi şeydir, değilse de sorun çıkmadan önce anlamam imkansız, şimdilik burada dursun. Ilk kullanımımı bıyık ve çene bölgesinde yaptım. Zaten birkaç video izlemiş ve kılavuzu okumuştum, çalıştırmak zor olmadı. En nazik ayarda başladım. Öyle olunca cihazı bölgeye tutunca yandaki ışıklar 10'a kadar yanmıyor, 2 -3'e kadar yanıyor, orta ayarda 5'6 ve son ayarda da 10'a gidiyor. Videolarda bunu söylemiyorlar. Vücuda değdirince 10'a kadar yanmıyorsa olmazmış gibi anlatıyorlar ama bu açtığınız ayarla alakalı bence. Yani ben öyle olduğuna dair bir çıkarım yaptım kullanınca. En nazik ayarda da bölgede bir sinek ısırığı hissettim ama hiç korkulacak bi şey gibi değil. Temkinli olmak için en nazik ayarla başlamıştım, haftaya orta ayarı kullanacağım. Videolarda işlem öncesi tüyleri alın diyorlar ama tam olarak ne zaman almamız gerektiğini söyleyen görmedim. O nedenle şimdilik tüyleri temizler temizlemez işlemi uyguladım. Zaman içinde en iyisi bu mudur anlayacağım. Bir yaptığım yere ikinci kez atmamaya çalıştım temkinli olmak adına. Bakalım nasıl olacak göreceğiz. Süreci ve deneyimimi aktarmaya devam etmeyi umuyorum. Fotoğraf ekleyecektim ama ona dair bir bölüm göremiyorum şu an. Galiba olmuyor. Becerebilirsem bahsettiğim fotoğrafları da eklerim.
