Terrific Supplement with Many Benefits!
I have been taking this supplement for about 3 weeks. I have not experienced any side effects. They have no odor and are a smaller capsule, so they are easy to swallow. I have noticed increased energy and lower blood pressure when used in conjunction with my other supplements. The only downside is that the recommended dosage is 3 capsules per day. I wish I could simply take one instead of 3, but I will continue to use since I am seeing benefits from them. I would definitely recommend them!

Major results
This has been a game changer for my metabolic health. I’ve been taking this in conjunction with berberine & I’m seeing major results. Overall, I’m feeling less of a crash after meals & my moods have been fluctuating less. I’m assuming because it’s aiding in my blood sugar regulation. Overall, great value & I will be purchasing again!

Very good value for the price
I bought these to help me with one of the chronic problems that I have, the pills are easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste. Honestly, they didn't help the way I thought that they might, but that doesn't mean that they might not help someone else. It is sad that people will buy supplements and when they don't work they way they thought that they should, they write such negative reviews. These may work perfectly for the next person, even if they didn't seem to help me. As with all supplements, it may take several weeks or months before any improvement is noticed. So, anyone buying these should be smart enough to realize that there are no guarantees in life, but all we can do is try our best, and make educated choices.

Came quickly but will take a while to wrok
Came in one day so that part is great. I recently acquired carpal tunnel in both wrists and this was recommended by my doctor. The one issue he mentioned is that it takes about a month to work it's magic and for me anything to prevent possible surgery is worth trying. So, cannot say yet how effective this is for at least another couple of weeks
