Outdoor Cat House with Escape Door, Wooden Elevated Outside Cat House

Great Cat house. Was easy to put together. Built to last. My cat loves her new home. Plenty of room for her and her babies.

We got this house for a stray cat we’ve been feeding, especially with winter coming, and it’s been wonderful. He started using it right away and seems comfortable and protected inside. It gives us peace of mind knowing he has a warm, safe place to sleep during colder nights. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and just what we needed to help him through the season. So happy we found this!

The Rockever Outdoor Cat House was very easy to assemble, which I really appreciated. It’s a good size. I’m hoping my feral cat, Domino, will like it and choose to use it. It now gives him a dry, shaded little shelter where he can rest if he needs a safe and comfortable place.

This cat house was very very easy to put together. Quality is ok, wood is a little less quality than I expected. It’ll be under my deck so protected a little. I would buy again.

Its nice however door has broken already after only a few weeks

I was very impressed with this kit. The packaging was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The parts were easy to identify, and the instructions were easy to follow. They even provided extra screws. I assembled the house easily by myself with only a screwdriver and a wrench. Took about 10 minutes to unpack the parts and another 15 to fully assemble. There was a fair amount of Styrofoam packing which made me cringe. The main entrance to the cat house is IMHO a bit small but acts as a natural filter between our smaller and larger cats. We initially removed the plastic flap at the front door to allow unfettered access while our cat adjusts to his new home. The house itself is built quite sturdy and uses real roofing tiles. I give it high marks on construction. It should last through many seasons of outdoor abuse.

Great cat house, easy to put together with clear instructions, only need phillips head screwdriver or drill. Smelled like cedar, very mild. Highly recommend!! I am using as an outdoor feeding station and not as a winter shelter. The side door can be placed either right OR left side as long as you are not planning to use the upper ledge piece for a left open config. I built with a left door config minus that platform for my outside feeding station. Only other adjustment I made was to add a piece of adhesive flashing under the ridge of the roof and over the 2 roof pieces for extra waterproofing. I don't know if that was needed as it seemed waterproof if constructed properly.

Highly recommend this product. The materials are of high quality, the construction is easy and puts together in less than 20 minutes. It is a very nice, solid shelter for outdoor cats. And with the side latch drop, cleaning and maintenance will be quick and easy too.
