I have to admit that I wasn't sure about this product, but decided to give it a go. The very 1st morning I peeled them off the soles of my feet to discover they had extracted a dark brown, tar like substance. Maybe the stuff inside the pad jad reacted with the heat and moisture of my feet throughout the night? But then how would ot get less every night? No, that stuff had come from my body. I've only used it a couple of times so not sure of long term benefits but I'm definately sleeping better and my feet are very soft. Give it a go.

It stinks ......I couldn't sleep the smell was so bad it smells like liquid smoke (the cooking product) such a bad idea I will not get sucked into buying rubbish again... I don't feel any different apart from the fact I have a headache because I can't get rid of the smell!!!
