Yes - it will control up to 6 3-pin fans of any brand/style; it will not control the RGB LEDs in the Riing fans though. It WILL control up to two of Thermaltake's LUMI LED strips

What wires come in the box? I have a full size case, so the wires on the fans will not reach. Do you need to buy extenders?

No, you shouldn't need to buy extenders. The Fan controller leads are about a foot long. I have a corsair 750d(which is a huge case) and don't have any problems with my corsair fans reaching the fan controller leads. Hope that helps.
