This item works great. It covers the keyboard, with a protective film that is transparent, lays in place flat, and easy to type on. Perfect for my daughter who sometimes snack while on her lap top, keeps out crumbs.

For someone like myself who likes to drink coffee while catching up with your emails and reading the news on your laptop, this keyboard protector is a must have. After shorting out my second laptop when I knocked over my coffee, I decided to buy a keyboard protector. Although I bought this keyboard protector for a new laptop that I just bought. I still have the first keyboard protector that I bought 6 or 7 years ago, which I am still using on my older laptop, which is also 6 or 7 years old. Even though I bought the keyboard protector and started putting a lid on my coffee I did at one time manage to spill half of a 12oz cup of coffee when the lid wasn't on right. Of course the coffee landed right in the middle of the keyboard. Fortunately, the keyboard protector formed a seal and none of the liquids managed to get inbetween the keys. Without the keyboard protector, I am sure that I would have had to replace my older laptop siiner. My older laptop still works fine and I am still using it. I only bought the other laptop so that I would have a new laptop and besides Samsung was offering a good deal.

I got this to protect my keyboard from dog hair (My dog has a double coat and sheds year round.) It was too short for my 14" keyboard. I tried it anyway. It has a slightly sticky surface (on both sides) which attracted hair. It didn't work at all for me.

Good little product but an unforeseen issue - when used with the laptop open, every time you cough the cover dances a little bit so you keep having to fix it But it does its job

Arrived brand new as described, but I would not recommend and would not buy the second time as the product itself is not really protective and easy to install

My grandson is a gamer and found his keys were wearing on his Chromebook. We got this cover and it works perfectly. It is durable, easy to clean and removable.
