These make me feel great, and I only use half of the daily dose. The pills are huge and don't have a good coating that makes them slip easily down the throat. So I crush them into powder and drink them in a yogart shake. I'd rather have more pills that are small enough to swallow, than less pills and they're to big to get down my throat. Kind of a hassle to crush and mix them everyday. But quality is perfect. If you want something that will make you feel healthy and energetic these will do it.

Great item. Been using Animal Paks off and on for many years and it is one of the best nutritional supplements. Just sad how Amazon mishandles product by not including lids or tossing everything together in one box without care of damaging packaging or product.
