I've been using the orange flavor and have loved this supplement since starting it. The taste is AMAZING, bright and citrusy. It mixes well into water, and doesn't smell weird or fake in the container. One thing to note is serving size, it's no joke. The recommended 2 scoops is VERY strong in flavor, even in a large glass of water. If you like bold concentrated flavors, you will probably enjoy it that way, but for me it was a bit much. I have found it works better splitting it up, either doing one scoop at a time or spreading the full serving across a couple glasses throughout the morning (helps me with my water intake too). I've noticed less fatigue throughout the day when using it consistently, which has been great. I also haven't had any issues with digestion, which is something I always pay attention to. It's a great option if you're looking for more than just a basic vitamin drink. It includes added nutrients like amino acids for muscle recovery, a focus/performance blend, and antioxidants - so it's useful on heavier training days when you want more than just hydration. We've been really happy with it, especially the flavor, but I recommend starting with one scoop and adjusting from there to your preference so it's not overpowering. Overall a great product.

Was tired of taking gummies and this was a pretty good replacement. Seen reviews on taste but it’s not bad at all. Pretty good taste.

The product is good currently drinking it and I feel the difference within a few days. I was constantly tired due to my workouts and my energy levels have improved my recovery is better and I don’t feel that constant fatigue anymore allow me to have a better performance when exercising.

The taste is absolutely not great. It's not the worst flavored supplement I've ever tasted, but it is not good. A lot of people I've seen are concerned with the daily value of each vitamin this supplement has, but I think people fail to realize how much strain truly intense exercise puts on your body and your immune system. So if you aren't depleting those levels, they'll of course stay high. This supplement isn't for the casual gym goer. I started this a couple weeks ago and my energy levels have skyrocketed. Consistent, calm energy. Helps to replenish vitamin B&D post workout and has also helped with joint health. Recovery window has shrunk. It mixes well if you mix it well and honestly, a drop of lemon or lime juice helps to balance out the "vitamin" taste. I find a lot of value in this supplement as an experienced, high intensity lifter.

I've been taking supplements for over 40 years. And I'm a big fan of this supplement line, but the orange crush flavored powder is really-really bad tasting. It's sooo bad, I'm probably just going to simply trash it.
