I’m honestly obsessed with this kettle. The design is gorgeous and looks so high-end on my counter, but it’s not just pretty, it performs amazing too. The temperature control is super precise, which makes a huge difference for coffee and tea. It heats up quickly, pours smoothly without splashing, and the gooseneck spout gives you full control. I also love the hold feature so I don’t have to keep reheating water. Everything about it feels premium and well thought out. If you’re into pour-over coffee or just want something that feels elevated and reliable, this is 100% worth it.

About a year ago I decided I really needed an electric kettle. I have always resisted using a gadget for this purpose and just heated water on the stove top in a pot. Works just fine. Although in the last year, I've had a few instances of getting sidetracked/busy and forgotten about the water and finding a scorched pot that needed replacing and even more scarily, worried that I was going to start a fire. Chalk that all up to getting older and forgetful. I have been researching electric kettles and even trying some. Nothing was just right. Too big, too heavy, plastic, etc.... And then I found this tea kettle. Priced wayyyyyy more than any of the others. After having spent so much time on research and not finding anything else, and part of wanting this is for safety, I splurged on it. Couldn't be more happy. Perfect size for just me. Heats water quickly and quietly. It's still fairly new with having had it for 3 months. But I drink hot tea throughout the day and year round and it gets used multiple times every day. My only 2 complaints about it are so minor that it's still a 5 star product for me. First is not a big deal...I wish the ready chime could be louder. I can be standing right next to the machine and not hear it with the other noises in the kitchen. The 2nd thing I'd change would be to have measurement markings so that I know how much water I'm putting in. I don't mind re-using water the same day. But at the end of the day I do wind up having to dump water out. Could be dumping out less water if the measurements were molded into the interior, like the Instant Pot.

Really happy with this kettle so far. It looks great out on the counter so you don't need to hide it away. Temp control is spot on and it heats up a cup of water super quick which is amazing. Pour is clean and easy and importantly easy to clean. I honestly bought this to just make making tea easier as i found watching and trying to maintain good temp control on my coil electric stove just awful and my overseas friends looked appalled when i told them i try microwaving my tea. No idea why. It's probably a bit overkill, but if you have the money to spare and want to be precise this is fantastic value for the money.

I love my new kettle, it exceeded all of my expectations! It looks stylish and modern. It fits perfectly into my kitchen. It has a digital screen that allows you to control the temperature of the water to a degree, create a schedule, choose your altitude and you can even select Celsius (which I greatly appreciate). It’s made sturdy with the lid well attached, so you don't feel like it will drop into your cup. It boils water super fast and keeps it that way for 60 minutes! I love this kettle and became a customer for life after the first try 💙

I am a dedicated tea drinker. And I had been trying to make tea with a kettle made for pour overs, just because my husband is a coffee nut. Somehow I learned that this is a bad idea and I found this perfect kettle on Amazon. It has the right spout for making every kind of tea. And you can change your temperature setting throughout the day as you switch from matcha to Earl Grey to herbal tea. Plus there’s a hold feature so you can keep your correct temperature setting through several infusions of your sencha.

Item is defective doesn’t sit in the heating element properly and is scratched inside. I contacted Amazon for a return and they said I have to return it to staples which is far away or pay $8.00 for a pick up because it wasn’t Amazon who sold it. Since when does Amazon co tract with sellers who sell used defective items. It’s ridiculous don’t buy from this seller and I have second thoughts about doing business with Amazon again.

This is the best purchase I’ve made so far. If you’re someone like me who drinks teas every day you need this kettle. My two favorite things that are most convenient for me is that 1 you can set a time of when you want it to turn on and 2 you can also have it stay warm for as long as you like. It has made my life easier even if it’s something so small for other.

It boils water… Ok, humor aside, it’s a bit like the Porsche of kettles. As in it has a whole lot of features, possibly many of which are unnecessary, and they drive up the price. Ie altitude settings to adjust the boiling point based on your elevation above sea level. Cool… but necessary? It looks great, it heats water well, some of the extra features beyond that are nice others are gimmicks, but is it worth it? Taking cost out of the equation. It’s a 4 star product. But, it’s hard to ignore this is a product that does one thing. Heat water. And essentially the same functional item exists at 1/10th the price. But, here are some flaws. The lid. It had a rubber gasket that holds it in place. But when you pull off the lid, the gasket likes to come off with it (completely or partially). At $200, you’d expect better. The tone settings. The machine has an adjustable tone volume to alert you when it reaches temp, and even 10 (max) it’s essentially unless you’re in a library and standing next to it. I have good hearing and it’s so quiet you can’t hear it in the next room. Lastly, the body is hot when in use. I know a traditional stove top kettle is hot too, but, there are electric kettles in the market that are insulated (or something) so you can actually touch the body. Luckily the handle is well positioned and you “should” not brush your hand / fingers against it when pouring. Overall, if you’re the sort of person who considers $200 kettles when $20 kettles exist, you’ll most likely love it. Heck, I love it… it’s still a 4 star product (3 if you factor value). (For the record, I also love Porsches though)

If you are serious about tea, you need water at the optimal temperature for each variety of tea. This kettle is both beautiful and extremely precise as well as practical. You can choose a temperature with .5 C precision, and the kettle will keep this temperature in accordance with your program. Our tea is never bitter, we enjoy it more than ever.

Not a bad little kettle, just expected more for the price. The lid doesn't sit flush to the rim, the kettle doesn't rest flat on the base, and the temperature sensing just stop working sometimes. Looks great, and works great most of the time, but it feels like an unfinished product

This kettle looks good, it does boil water! The thing this kettle doesn't do very well, is all the added features. It won't update its software and my main concern - it won't schedule to turn on. Very pricey. Customer service is trying to resolve, which is kind.
