Bought this becuase my wife figured it would be cheaper to have our own infrared sauna, then purchase packages from spas to go to their sauna. Assembly was easy, but I did need someone to hold one of the walls up for a moment. The woods and glass is nice (and I know glass can withstand a hit, becuase while assembling, the door swung open and hit my head).I wasn't sure I would use it, but I am. As some reviews have mentioned, it is tight for larger people. I am 6', and while I can manage getting in, it can be a challenge, but once I am through the door and sitting, there is plenty of room.In terms of heat, it does warm up quickly. I can get it to 125F in about 7 mintues, but this is in the Tampa heat, so it starts at 95. I have not noticed it turning off after certain time, but it might. I will see about the heating in winter when it is a little cooler.

This came in 3 large boxes, so while heavy - they were manageable. And though I'm a 62 yr old 5' female, I managed (sweated like mad) to put this together by myself. I'm pretty strong though, so that helped. The pieces went together fairly smoothly, though I did need to unscrew/move/rescrew the foot plate thing due to misalignment, but that was the easiest part. Being I was a soaked mess after putting it together, I waited until the following day to use it. Worked flawlessly and heated up the the max within 15 minutes. I LOVE IT!!!!! I'm able to watch YT and have a healthy sweat with light therapy. It's PERFECT for 1 person, and the 2 large door windows make it a-okay for those with claustrophobia! Excellent communications with the seller as well!!!

Came a week earlier than expected, in 2 packages. When I opened the 1st package, the first thing I saw was that the glass door panel was completely shattered and I almost crashed out. Not to mention, that package was big and heavy so even if I had to return it, it was going to stress me out. I messaged the seller and they responded very quickly, told me it’s completely fine and that they’ll send me a replacement package. A replacement with tracking was sent to me the next day and I just had to send pictures of the damage to the 1st package so they could file a claim with the shipping company. I have since received a replacement package, assembled the sauna, and used it twice so far and I love it. I was nervous getting something as big as a sauna off Amazon, but the seller is very professional and communicative, and I appreciate all their help!

This was not a trivial purchase so I researched this product thoroughly. Based on reviews and product size, I bought this one with fingers crossed. I am so glad I did--it is so great! First, it was shipped right on time and was surprisingly easy to assemble. It fit perfectly in the spot I had picked for it. The controls are simple to understand and the sauna works as expected. It takes about 20 minutes to heat up fully, which for me is the max 140 degrees. It smells wonderful inside, nice cedar smell, and the lighting is excellent. The bluetooth worked easily and it sounds sublime. One more thing--I had a small question and contacted the seller. They got back to me immediately with a very helpful response and continued to answer a couple more questions I had about operation. The customer service is just phenomenal. I don't often write reviews, too much trouble, but I am enthusiastic about this product and I wanted to share that info. If you are looking for one, strongly consider this one!

Update: after several back and forth emails with [email protected] to troubleshoot the sauna, a replacement bottom piece was shipped. We disassembled the sauna, replaced the bottom piece, and it is now working perfectly again!——This is an affordable sauna option if you are limited on space and budget, but want a nice sauna option! It doesn’t get HOT HOT but it does get hot enough to make you sweat and enjoy a sauna for what it is. One tip, cover the bottom opening with a towel because if your sweat drips down into there, it just gets soaked by the bottom wood piece and it gets very very gross down there.———I bought this in Oct 2024, and it just stopped working by April 2025. The paper work shows there is a 1 year warranty, so I’ll see what happens with that and update my review. As of now, though, I’m feeling really bummed that it just stopped working out of no where. I tried plugging into a different outlet and even changed out my breaker, but the sauna still isn’t working.

This is a great little sauna. It’s compact and fits well in any space. The inside is very nice for one person. Heats up in minutes to 140°F and is great for a good sweet. The infrared heating is very nice and you can easily sit in for 40 plus minutes. The assembly was very easy. Everything comes ready stand up and plug-in. Love the speakers on the inside Bluetooth connect your phone sit back and relax. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice small sauna for your home.

I really really love my sauna and I feel so blessed everytime I'm in it. It heats up to 140 pretty fast, has Bluetooth and an over head light. I love to listen to high frequency sounds while I'm in it, makes me feel very grounded. I wish I'd gotten the slightly larger one, I'm 5"2" and it's a little cramped but I'm not complaining! One of my best purchases to date!

This is a really nice personal sauna. I’m 6’2” and can fit with about 1.5” of headroom to spare. It maxes out at 140F which will give you a nice full-body sweat, you'll feel max heat after about 20 mins. Construction was easy although it would help if the wires were labeled for the roof construction. Definitely invest in a backrest because the back heating unit can get uncomfortable. The bluetooth speakers do have a low level static noise which is a little annoying with audiobooks but can’t really tell with music. I still use it with audiobooks, it's not a big issue. Overall it’s a great unit, nice quality and I’m glad I bought it. Would buy again!
