Good coffee, not to acidity doesn’t smell like crackers, coffee good flavor little too pricey though.

I got tired of expensive fresh local roasted coffee and decided to give this one a try and it was exactly what i needed I bought this coffee almost 4 months ago at first on a 18g dosage for latte it tasted bitter super intense to me left it on the freezer for 4 months and I was surprised the freshness and creaminess was still there and i would definitely recommend and try other ones too For me the perfect latte recipe was 14g on a 1:2 ratio with 200ml of milk

Right out of the bag, the aroma is warm and inviting, rich notes of toasted nuts and a subtle sweetness that promises a classic Italian espresso experience. The beans look uniform, nicely roasted and with just the right amount of oil on the surface to suggest a good body and crema potential.

Excelente sabor.

Having purchased Cafe Borne coffee brand several times I find the coffee is consistent. When brewed in a moka pot the coffee tastes rich and is not bitter.
