I have never written a review annd I order a lot from Amazon annd felt compelled to let others know anbout this product. I ordered this based on description and photos. It is NOT in a powder form. Please see photo. It is very fiberous and full of stems. I contacted the company to let them know. It has been a huge ordeal. You would think they would thank me for letting them know their product is not what they are advertising, but that is not the case. Unbelievable! I absolutely would not buy from this company. 0 stars if I could

If you haven't already made your own marshmallows at home, try this for a healthy option.

I chose this, as it showed pics of an actual powder texture. This was not. This product had none of the characteristics expected. When steeped for tea, it looked and tasted like gritty, sandy water. Had to ask for refund and dumped the bag. Maybe the company needs to know about this, as could have possibly been a mix up with a different herb/plant?

Very miss leading.In description it shows a kosher symbol.When package arrived -There is no kosher symbol on it.Amazon says it’s non returnable.

This is advertised as powder, but it's far from what is being advertised as. I wanted powder to make my own marshmallow root capsules. This will not work for the intended purpose because it is NOT a powder form. See picture to understand why I'm saying this. DO NOT BUY IF YOU INTEND ON USING IT TO MAKE YOUR OWN CAPSULES.

This Marshmallow Root is Not Powder. It is shredded. Very disappointing.
