It's like Dr. Bill Davis's who talks about your gut and you gotta get it well before you do anything else, but it actually hits the lower part of your intestines, especially if you've had mold, or any kind of sibo. Success. I have made successful, no duds, results using half and half dairy or full fat milk. The half and half is much thicker than the milk, both taste great. I brought the liquid to room temperature. Used two caps and Microingredients Inulin power. Great taste and results.

These are very viable. My "yogurt" formed too fast, I need to adjust down. My husband and I consumed it in small doses mixed in smoothies. He was fine. I had a significant histamine reaction that put me down for the day - excessive nausea, sweating, weird muscle pains, hungry yet couldn't eat. I recognized the feeling b/c its similar to other "overloads" of histamine in my life - allergy/sinus or GI. My husband felt great though. So I'm searching for a different strain of L.reuteri b/c I think I need to deal with the SIBO.

I use this to make my L Reuteri yogurt. 2 of these capsules, teaspoon of organic inulin powder and quart of ultra pasteurized half and half. In yogurt maker for 36 hours at 98 degrees and you have amazing yogurt full of probiotics for gut health.

I was on a search for the best probiotic after a struggle to find one that has Lactobacillus and Reuteri probiotics in it. The one thing I needed was an easy to swallow capsule that I could take daily. I also looked for one that required refrigeration and ease of use. It was also affordable. I am 100 percent happy and will continue to purchase from Toniiq for their products.

I like it i was bit confused at start will it be the good one to make reuteri yogurt or not i was searching it did my research before making my first batch it seems good one i feel better after using the reuteri yogurt for almost a month i m satisfied i m not doctor or anything i feel better thats what i mean only hopefully i m doing good

Arrived on time, good quality. For those who likes buttermilk/yogurt, can use one capsul for 3 caps of Organic milk. Mix one capsul in milk, place in warm place (not hot) and buttermilk ready in 24 hours. If milk is not organic, buttermilk will turn bitter.

Used to make l routeri yoghurt... Worked well... First batch some of the jars seperated but some didn't. Use the first lot to make the next and all we're perfect!
