CAYA Contoured Diaphragm & 60g Tube of CAYA Diaphragm Gel

I was nervous about trying a diaphragm, but the Caya really changed my mind. It’s lightweight, flexible, and the shape makes it surprisingly easy to insert and remove, even for someone who’s never used one before. The design is very intuitive and feels much less intimidating than I expected. Once it’s in, I honestly don’t notice it at all. It stays in place well and feels comfortable, even during longer wear. The contoured shape seems to fit naturally and I haven’t had any issues with slippage or discomfort. The included gel is a good size to start with. It has a mild scent and texture that’s easy to apply, and doesn’t cause any irritation. I’d definitely recommend getting a backup tube if you plan to use this regularly, since the 60g can go quickly. Overall, this has been a great option for hormone-free contraception. It gives me control without side effects, and I really appreciate how straightforward the whole experience has been. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a reliable, non-hormonal method.

Partner and I could feel it and really struggled to fit it as it’s not easy to know from feeling and not seeing but if it stops ya getting preggo who cares! Also my partner at the time wasn’t super well endowed so it added sensation and depth for me, which was very nice. But I was kinda bummed out that he could feel it considering most reviews say they can’t.

Literally the best thing for my health and sex life that I've ever purchased. So easy to insert and pull out, don't even notice it's in and neither does my partner. Such a relief to have found something effective and non hormonal. I've not been on contraception for years due to having 3 babies, and I've now found my answer. Thank you Caya!
