Finally wife found something that works!
Quite heavy but wife has found this to be an advantage as it stops the bra cup from rising too high which happens with lighter weight ones

Excellent Prosthetics Breast
This silicone prosthesis is excellent size wise. It's still a little heavy as far as I'm concerned but looks very good and I completely forget about it when wearing it. It replicates the look of the breast after having had a mastectomy, I would definitely recommend it.
