Hybrid Spectrum Bug Zapper Indoor Fly Zapper Mosquito Zapper

Bought one of these 2 years ago. My mom fell in love with it. She took it from mu room when I was over at the girlfriends house and never gave it back. She absolutely loved it. Ran it all year long. She never turned it off. The bulb finally burned out 2 years later. Im ordering replacement bulbs ( it recommended replacing thr bulbs every 6 months for effecting killing of critters) because we never knew the recommendation...and im buying another unit for myself......Again lol Worth every penny. Coming from mosquito alley, worked fantasicly.

This is perfect so glad I bought it. I would recommend getting one. Also great to take when you have outdoor activities like camping or boating as long as there is electric outlets to plug in to. It may be small but it works fantastic. It's not that big glaring light or load zap it's so easy to use. Great gift if you love the outdoors but hate those annoying bugs. Easy to clean out and the quality is perfect. Great job keep making good products.

Love this thing. I have a ton of plants & standard potting soil breeds fungus gnats unfortunately. I also have fruit flies & occasionally flies or other flying insects. This has been great. So far no flies thankfully because I don’t want to have to deal with their carcasses in there, but it’s killed a ton of gnats & fruit flies in 2 weeks. I also think it looks cute with my plants for a bug zapper. For anyone else struggling with fungus gnats I use this along with sticky traps in my plants, Zevo sticky wall plug ins and I treat my water with mosquito bits…I’m going to switch soil next. Only downside, you hear when something gets zapped! The sound is kind of terrifying like a whip cracking, scares my cat and I, but we’re adjusting. In a way it’s satisfying to hear that it’s working. I have it on a timer to come on during the day, but definitely don’t want it on while sleeping.

This bug zapper really does what they say it does! It’s got a good power to kill most of the big bugs although the only weakness I found is in the small bugs like the noseeums. Smaller bugs seem to be able to pass right through it but the bigger bugs definitely get hit the first time to go through. All you hear is a single POW! And the bug is dead. One thing to be careful of, however if the bug gets caught in the grid, it will literally catch on fire and start smoking. I found that out when my fire alarm started going off and I happen to notice this waft of smoke coming off with the zapper. Turns out a fly had gotten caught on the grid between the two poles, and it was burning quite literally on fire. Definitely can’t say that this unit doesn’t have a lot of power because it does! I’ve owned quite a few bug zapper in the past and none of them have ever caused a bug to start catching on fire. Might be a bit of a cost for concern for some people, but for me, it’s not a major issue. There’s a good amount of space between the grid and the outside of the unit so it’s impossible for the fire to actually get through normally. Also, you can’t put your hand in it and touch the elements unless you take the bottom of it off to clean it out then and then can you access it. Definitely worth the money!

I just received my order for the Gecko Man bug zapper manual turn off/on. It's 2pm and I thought well why waste time waiting for tonight I'll plug her in now. There's this one (maybe two) pesky little noseeum that flies around my head and phone at night while I'm in bed scrolling and it drives me CRAZY so I thought I'd set this next to my bed for now and turn off all the lights/pull the shades to see how it goes. Within 3 minutes of turning her on I was in the other room and heard a loud zap. Honestly it was so loud I kinda thought a paper booklet or something had fallen to the floor (I just moved and stuff is still in disarray) but thought WAS THAT MY ZAPPER!?! I was very surprised how loud. But I heard it again about an hour later and then a third time just now! It's only been about two hours. I went to check and SURE ENOUGH there's that flying bastid dead on the bulb 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 the zaps are loud, not gonna lie, and if it were in the same room with me it would probably startle me but from the other room I LOVE it. That's the sound of me winning 😎 and bugs DYING. I will place it hanging in my living room at night and let it live out it's murderous life's purpose while I sleep. It is aesthetically pleasing so that's a bonus. If the sound will bother you, don't get this one. If she's this loud when zapping the noseeums I can't imagine the sound of house flies getting zapped. It stopped working a little after 30 days - just a few days after the Amazon return period. I'm so disappointed with this product.

I was getting tired of slapping myself bloody trying to unalive a kamikaze flying pest, left nostril, right nostril, left ear, right ear, left eye, right eye, bbbbuuuuzzzzz >bbbbuuuzzz > bbbuuuzzz, slap, slap, slap until I go bonkers and give myself a black eye. I solved the problem with this zapper. I turn it on and within a couple of minutes I'm rewarded with a hearty snap.....GOTTCHA ya little &*^%$*$#@^%&&%$#. Have a great forever. I should have gotten this about 6 black eyes and 4 bloody ears ago.

Wir haben dieses Gerät wegen einer Fruchtfliegenplage angeschafft. Uns war damals wichtig, dass wir nichts mit Gift verwenden, aber die Fruchtfliegen mussten weg. Das Gerät ist sehr effektiv. In der Nacht glüht es bläulich, wie ein Atomreaktor. Diese Power hat es wahrscheinlich auch, denn es ist laut! Mich stört es nicht, denn dann weiß ich, dass der Killer wieder zugeschlagen hat. Gegen Mücken hilft es natürlich nicht, es ist in der Küche aufgestellt, aber in jeder Hinsicht nützlich gegen Fruchtfliegen. Stellt dieses Ding in eure Küche, vielleicht noch ein oder zwei fleischfressende Pflanzen dazu und ihr werdet keine Probleme haben. Schön ist vor allem, dass das Gerät einen Ein- und Ausschalter hat. Zudem ist es schön designt. Die Schutzstangen verhindern, dass man sich verletzen kann. Für mich muss das Gerät nicht mehr können. Für diese Rezession muss ich die Wasserdichte bewerten. Ich habe das Gerät aber keinem Wasser ausgesetzt und würde es auch nicht empfehlen. Das Gerät war bei mir den kompletten Sommer und Herbst über in Betrieb und hat bisher immer gut funktioniert. Anfangs hatten wir die Befürchtung, dass es für unsere Katze wegen eventueller hoher Töne störend wäre, aber wir haben nichts derartiges bemerkt.

A la media hora de ponerlo, empieza el espectáculo. Pega unos calambrazos que asustan pero vale la pena, oye ni un mosquito mas me picó :) y eso lo valoro mucho ya que me atacaban día/noche y era desesperante. Este aparato no tiene nada que ver con los del bazar ya que tiene mas potencia, lo cual lo recomiendo sin duda. A mi NO me lo han regalado como otros que opinan, lo he comprado por 34,99€ para probar ya que tenía opción de devolución pero he acertado. Espero haber ayudado como usuaria confiable y clienta de Amazon desde 2016. Un saludo a tod@s los que dudan mucho antes de comprar como yo ;)

Fantastic catches the little blighters although very noisy ! I have two sat in my Cathedral large window and it has been active now for two hot summers. Friends have also bought as seen how good mine are. Easy to clean out and actually not ugly as some methods of fly caNtching can be.
