These are so easy to use, sturdy and very well made. The grip is very good and the plates are warm to the touch as they are a composite. No rattling, great for plank rows. I bought 2 when on offer at £92 each.

Even though the listing is entirely worded in metric and the images show the selector as having both imperial and metric labelling, this is not the case. These are imperial weights (the clue is of course, in the odd numbering of the kilo options) and so long as you are happy to do the mental conversion and accept that you will need to round up/down to your metric target. Aside from this fact the product seems well made and is very quick and simple to use. It feels robust and sturdy.

These weights are spot on….1. they look nice and smart (I’ve seen others that are a bit ugly looking)2. They are easy to change between weights3. They are a good range of weights if you want weights not so heavy, again I’ve seen others that are a lot heavier but the increments are quite big in between, so hard to move up weights when your adding so much on each time, these are great as the increments are low so you can build your strength in small manageable stages

I want to be able to change weights quickly. This design is amazing for this. So simple. No rattling. looks stylish.Where it is brilliant is that it is as short as it can be. As you reduce the weight, it gets shorter again, right down to just the handle and 2 plates. (All the other quick-change designs that I could find were much longer with mechanism sticking out the ends. When you were on the lower weight, you had to pick up the whole log thing with odd bits of pates sticking out.)Just started using it, perfect so far.

Fabulous construction, just wished, they where slightly heavier in weight, had to send back, need heavier weight for me individually, such ashame

Just be aware it's only 1 dumbell (useless for an upper body workout) and isn't easy to assemble at all

Really impressed with this dumbbell and how it works. Would totally recommend for not only how it works but also how it looks. Quality seems top-notch as well. I like it so much i have ordered another
