Great Bike to learn and ride
The pedal off feature is alone worth the price. My 9 y/o was very hesitant after she fell from her previous bike few years back. She refused to try the bike without training wheels and even then was not really excited about riding altogether. It took a little convincing to get her try this bike without pedals as balancing bike. Once she learned that she could prevent any fall by simply putting her feet down. she got confident. It took about 1.5 weeks to ride bike herself!! The bike is very well built. It came about 75% pre-assembled. Assembly wasn't hard and instructions are fairly good. There are few things that could be improved. 1. The only brake is front wheels. no rear wheel brakes!! This puzzles me. Both sides have brakes but they both are front. front brakes are risky for a new learner regardless. I wonder if it was an error. Regardless, the bike should include rear brakes. 2. Only height can be adjusted for seat not the distance from the handle bar. It was difficult to maintain straight posture especially while learning since she couldn't reach the handles without reaching. 3. The bike is on heavier side. It's not unusual for bikes in this price range so I won't hold it against the manufacturer. It'd be great if it was lighter but not a deal breaker by any means. I'd highly recommend this bike for any kid.

Great bike!
Winner! My 4 year old daughter loves this bike. It was probably a shade oversized for her, but we knew she'd grow into it. Within about 10 days she was begging to have the pedals installed. She taught herself how to ride. All my other kids learned on training wheels... This balance bike was amazing!

Wonderful bike
My son was literally riding the bike (went from balance bike to this with no training wheels) in two hours. He caught on with the pedals so fast and is now zooming all over the place. We love it! Thank you

My daughter learned to ride a bike in two days with RoyalBaby EZ Kids Bike.
This bike worked like magic as my daughter learned to ride a bike within a couple of days. I was teaching her to ride a bike with training wheels, and she struggled on that bike and never learned to ride it. I think training-wheeled bikes are the worst idea for kids learning to ride a bike. I bought this RoyalBaby Ez Kids Bike and told her to use her legs to push the bike forward and glide/coast for a few meters. She learned to balance the bike and started coasting a few meters at a time. After she learned to balance and coast, I put the paddles in (they attach with a snap - no tools required) and she transitioned to paddling and balancing in one or two goes. I recommend this bike for every kid.

Try the dual handbrake version first
I bought the EZ bike with coaster brake and one handbrake. My Son had alot of issues learning to peddle. As he was trying to peddle and the peddle crank moved backwards , he would lose momentum, as it applies brakes if peddled back, and get frustrated. I returned this version and bought the dual handbrake version, which is a free wheel style, and he was riding in less than 30 minutes. The quick release peddles are great when removed and the balance pegs put on for using as a balance bike to learn balance. This is the perfect addition to this style of learners bike. Great sturdy bike. Assembly is minutes and simple as the bike is almost completely assembled. Handlebars and seat just pop in and tighten with included allen wrench and it's ready to ride.

Better than guardian
Better than guardian! Super easy assembly, I didn’t even look at the instructions. The easy changout pedal system makes it easy to switch pedals to pegs in seconds. The seat looked super awkwardly small at first but it’s actually more useful

Perfect for my 12 year old with mobility issues!!!
My son is 12 and has down syndrome. He has some mobility issues due to weak muscles and it can be hard for him to get around sometimes. We've tried teaching him to ride a bike but haven't had much luck. I found this one and was excited to see it came in his size! I bought a smaller balance bike for my younger boy who's 2 and within a year he was zooming through the house, so I figured why not try with this one! He is a bit scared of it but he still gets on and does his best with plenty of encouragement! We only ride in the house for now and try to get on it twice a day. It's a great tool for motivating him to get up and move around a bit. And I'm hoping that after regular use he will get more comfortable and start picking it up. I l love that it has the pedals you can put on once they are ready for it. My 2 years olds bike was a different brand and did not have that option and I wish now that it did cause he is definitely ready for pedals! Might have to buy another one of these to replace the other one lol. It was easy to assemble and everything can be adjusted. This bike is perfect for older kids that still need to learn balancing!
