More Useful Than It Seems
When I first saw this turning peel, I wondered whether or not I really needed it when just having a regular electric oven. Upon the first use, I wondered how I had ever gotten along without it. No more wondering if the crust was where I wanted it or risking a burn to find out. Very easy to stand back and take a peek under the edge of the crust without pulling the rack or losing a lot of heat. A must have when on the road to a perfect crust.

What a great PEEL!
This is a quality product and the first day I used it on over 30 pizzas for a large party. It worked perfect for 12”-14” pizzas without any bending or flexing.
