Why did you choose this product over others?: This is a really great item - very nicely made. There's just 1 step for assembly which is just to unscrew something and put the ball part in, it takes only a few seconds. Then, to put it in the car, the tension part just fits easily between the poles of the head rest, whatever size gap it is - again, it's installed in seconds. The device part expands and fits snugly to whatever size of device you have, and it can be moved around to suit. Bought for my 10 year old son to make long car journeys quieter and works a treat - he uses it with his Oled switch and Galaxy A9+ tablet, and he can change the device easily himself. It's really good for playing on the switch as you can hold the controllers with the switch mounted. And, for long journeys, he's not looking down so he doesn't get car sick or neck ache. Absolute win all round.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got the Lamicall Car Headrest Tablet Mount (Aluminium Arm) thinking it would just stop my kids from kicking seats and asking “are we there yet” every 4 minutes. What I didn’t realise is that I was installing a fully operational in-car cinema system… with me as the unpaid technician. First impression: Very solid. Very “engineered for small humans with strong opinions about Paw Patrol episodes.” The aluminium arm gives it that reassuring “this will not immediately fall apart in a motorway situation” energy. Installation: Suspiciously easy. No tools. No swearing. Just clamps onto the headrest poles and suddenly you’ve got a screen hanging like a VIP entertainment console. Then reality hits. Now every journey includes: * “Can you move it slightly left?” * “I can’t see Peppa properly from THIS angle” * “Why is the WiFi faster in the car than at home?” The arm is actually the star of the show: * Aluminium construction = sturdy, not floppy plastic chaos * 360° rotation means you can switch from “movie mode” to “tablet battlefield mode” instantly * Silicone grips hold devices securely even over bumps, which is both impressive and mildly concerning for how much faith I now place in it Pros: * Stops backseat chaos instantly (replaced by screen-based chaos) * Very stable even on bumpy roads * Easy to install and adjust between devices * Works with a wide range of tablets and phones Cons: * You will now be expected to operate “in-flight entertainment” every journey * Children will develop opinions about viewing angles like cinema critics * Long car journeys are no longer journeys… they are screenings with interruptions Final verdict: 10/10 travel sanity saver. 10/10 accidental family chauffeur-to-media operator career change. 0/10 chance you ever drive in silence again without being asked to “just put something on.”

The mount fitted perfectly and was easy to install, it’s sturdy and fits both an iPhone and iPad. Great product and a great price.

Well made but disappointed the arm doesn’t stretch out further so it can be positioned between the two headrests (for both children to watch at the same time) I could have measured this before purchasing but didn’t. If I had known I would have gone for a different design.
