I intially found this at a free from show and so pleased to have found it to order from Amazon. Delicious, great alternative to pasta, even my non GF husband prefers it to regular pasta!

Hob (From Ambient) - 1 litre water - 10g salt. Bring water to the boil and add salt. Add the pasta and cook for the amount of time stated on the packet. Drain the pasta and serve.
