MasterClass Extra Deep Tart Tin with Loose Bottom and PTFE, PFOA and BPA Free Non Stick, Robust 1mm Carbon Steel, 25 x 5.5cm

This is a very nice substantial tin. I baked a Bakewell Tart and it came out of the tin with no bother. I could not get the bottom off until it cooled but then it came off with no bother. It is deep enough for a very good amount of filling.I am very pleased I bought it.

Perfect quality very strong and sturdy

Not used it yet as I think it is too big for us for me to use it on a regular basis. I have got loose bottom cake dishes and I suppose it will be easy to get things out of it. I will pop it in the dishwasher after I have used it so I will not have any trouble getting it clean. It’s non-stick so should be easy to clean by hand,

This is an excellent deep tart tin for quiche etc and I have to say the pastry pops out cleanly every time. A perfect made tin and now will be buying other products of this type as it’s solid not flimsy metal and perfect for cooking with.

I make a lot of quiche but have always used pottery quiche dishes so have never got over the 'soggy bottom' syndrome. After watching a programme on tv about using metal dishes to Get over this problem I though I would invest....... I was impressed with the Masterclass fluted flan dish which I thought would be great for the job as they are deep and I like a good amount of filling. It is very heavy duty and cooks things through evenly. I allowed my quiche to cool and then push the base up and slide my beautifully cooked quiche onto a server. Not a soggy bottom in sight! Lots of praise from family....... The tin cleaned easily too. A well worthwhile investment that will be getting A lot of use for years to come.

Nothing to dislike

really pleased with this. It's heavier than i anticipated which is great. A good substantial, quality product which does well in my dishwasher (though i didn't check if its supposed to go in there!), and saves me from overspill on the lemon meringue pies (which was a problem with shallower tins)! i've seen cheaper ones in stores, but they are far less substantial.Great quality for the price.

La medida: es un molde alto para poder hacer auténticas quichés francesas, y me costó mucho encontrarlo!!. Muy antiadherente, y muy práctico que la base, que es desmontable, tenga un margen grande, para que rellenos más líquidos no se derramen fácilmente. Muy buena compra

Finalmente la giusta teglia per ottenere crostate scenografiche! Non è neanche necessario imburrare lo stampo perché antiaderente. Consigliatissima!

Another great and final product.

Llegó en perfecto estado y en el tiempo estimado. Es un molde robusto y muy bien acabado. Lo he usado ya unas 4 o 5 veces y me ha ido genial. Lo recomiendo. Tiene pinta de que vaya a durar mucho tiempo.
