Didn't even come close to fitting me. After looking at it I also don't believe it would have been comfortable to wear. I would rather have a catheter inserted by the doctor. For as uncomfortable as that would be I think it would be a better solution

I am a recovered patient from prostrate ad bladder cancer so i am urine incontinent and i have bee looking to find the best exernal cathater. This is the best. The oriblem is a matter of gravity. If yo ae standing or sitting i a straight back chair that allows a direct feed from the peis to the bag, any of th eother will work but if your body is at a 45 degree angle such as when sitting on a couch the othes crimp up where the cup meets the drain tube or before and cause a back up onto the pants. one product solves the problem by offering condoms to carry the urine out, but it is too cumbersome to place on a condom in the morning and strap it tight with the offered straps but it will stop the back up and the cup and straps it is 10 dollars cheaper. This also has its own condom like cup which prevents the crimp and most of the back up if you constantly check if the penis is enclosed within the condom like cup. If so this the best chance to control urine on the couch and even at night but here it is a bit risky because yu are flat all night - remenber the gravity and the 90 degre angle i will see if if it is good every day

This works well at diverting urine to the leg bag. You just open the port on the top so it can flow seamlessly into the leg bag. There was no leaks at the top and the underwear fit just right. I don’t think it would work lying down, but probably wouldn’t be a problem when sitting or standing. However the leg bag immediately leaked all over the floor. You could not close the bag enough to stop the dripping. This is very expensive to have to purchase a separate leg bag just to be able to use it. However there’s really nothing else out there that women can use that’s not disposable.If they’d fix the leg bag it would be 5 stars.

It is an external catheter brief and bag setup, nothing too special, but what it does is give discretion and freedom to those who must manage urinary incontinence. I would recommend ordering one or two sizes up from the sizes stated in the product page.Attaching the drainage bag to your leg is easy and straightforward, so is attaching the drainage bag to the included hose and the brief with funnel design.The male model of these external catheter briefs have a smaller opening than the one for women, which has a larger opening, for obvious reasons, but both work the same.You will want to cut the drainage hose to the proper length before attaching to the drainage bag on your leg to avoid having extra hose to deal with which could look odd or get crimped when bending your leg when sitting. The thickness of the hose itself makes it very durable and should last a long time with normal maintenance, care and cleaning at the same time as you care for the drainage bag, too.I would recommend hand washing the brief itself in warm soapy water with a gentle cleansing detergent such as Woolite or one of those for washing baby clothing, then hanging to dry or using low heat in the dryer with the briefs in a mesh bag such as those used for cleaning your bras and other delicates.Overall, I am happy with this item. It works very well, as designed. These allow me to avoid always needing to wear adult diapers to manage my incontinence, which is very welcome. I have nerve damage and mobility issues which were a result of a motorcycle crash and back injury (amongst other injuries), BTW.

I got the largest size possible for a female client of mine as I am a caregiver. They worked well for the most part, but unless you are sitting perfectly, it will leak. They are also very, very small.
