I was looking for some well made and durable quad chairs and these Portal Camping chairs are really in a league of their own. Not only are they well built, they are comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The fold out cup holders are unique, but work well. I have had inexpensive and flimsy quad chairs before and the only positive was they were easy to carry because there was virtually nothing to them! These Portal Camping chairs are a little heavier than you are probably used to, but not excessively so and will definitely be worth it once you get to your destination. As you can see from the photo, they were my only furniture for a while after a recent move. Highly recommended!

I’m a little late reviewing this as I had to try it out this summer to make sure that everything held up. I live this chair and I need to get another one. I will probably purchase another this spring. It is nice and very comfortable. There is a place to put your drink and it folds up very easily and perfectly. It can easily be stored anywhere for the winter months too unless your lucky enough to live somewhere that doesn't have very cold winters. I left mine out in the sun and the rain a few times but always try to put it up when I can remember to. It still looks brand new and is very sturdy. Great for camping and the lake. Thank you!

Good sturdy chair for my big ***. I am short and it put some pressure on the back of my thighs, so I used a pillow and it helped. A taller person had no problems with it. I recommend the chairs.

I purchased one of these chairs at a big box store and really liked it. Much more comfortable than other folding camping chairs I've had. Went back to the store to purchase another but there were no more. I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon at about the same price.

I'm quite impressed with the quality of this chair. It's sturdy, comfortable and practical. I have several less expensive portable chairs and this chair is a great example of "it pays" to spend a little extra for quality workmanship and durability. The adjustable swing in/out cup holder is a nice touch and the material used is durable and I feel will hold up over many uses. The metal frame is strong, although it adds to the overall weight in comparison to the lightweight aluminum framed chairs out there, this one's ruggedness and stable feel it gives is well worth the extra weight in my opinion. Personally I love it and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I've always been a curvy girl. Now that in 50 years old with bad knees, I've learned that folding chairs are not a place that I sit in unless there's a stronger person around who can help me up, which is often an embarrassing situation. No one likes to ask for help to stand up. This chair gives the height, strength, and with the extra arm sturdiness I felt safe and comfortable. I love the cup holder that swivels. It makes life easier when little grandbabies are around from bumping into it. The lower cupholder / pocket is the perfect place to hold my phone while I'm socializing or not taking too many pictures. I highly recommend this chair!

I purchased this for a trip to the hot air balloon festival in Albuquerque and boy am I glad I did! There was a lot of walking and standing involved over the course of 12 or so hours (per session), and this chair made it possible to endure. It's easy to fold/unfold and set up. The drink holders held my snacks very well. It's extremely sturdy and didn't make me feel nervous about using it. I'm 5'1" and ~270 lbs.

I took this chair to a camping trip for a weekend. The weekend was windy and cold, and even rained a tiny bit. Although I didn't get to completely enjoy my camping trip with that terrible weather. I couldn't get wait to get back to my chair, and pop open a refreshing beverage. It stood there, not wondering off ever. I was very comfortable sitting by the fire on the chair. When it came to move the chair, it was pretty light to move. No complaints for me on that. Also folds neatly, no clips or anything. Worth it for the money.

La silla es muy sólida y cómoda, los materiales se ven de buena calidad y la factura muy buena. No esperes un objeto transportable, es algo pesada. Esta silla la adquirí porque devolví otra muy endeble y de materiales muy frágiles. En lo general me parece que muy buena en relación calidad-precio.

No son ligeras, pero sí muy cómodas y resistentes. Es una excelente opción porque son muy estables. Definitivamente si quieres algo ligero, no son tu opción, pero si buscas algo durable y resistente, aunque pese un poco más, estas son las indicadas. Además llegaron un poco antes de lo establecido.
