Great supplement
I was looking for a supplement that had fenugreek and I stumbled upon this product. If you've done some research, you know the importance of fenugreek in one's nutrition. Fenugreek has been consumed for hundreds of years and is considered a miracle nutrient. The fact that it comes with Maca root along with Ashwagandha is an added bonus. I have taken it for a few weeks now and I have noticed no side effects. I like the fact you don't taste the fenugreek or the other ingredients because everything comes packed inside a capsule. The included black pepper makes it easier for your body to absorb all the included supplements. Just make sure you do your own diligence and research. Just be aware that most likely this product is not eligible for returns. That is why I stress the importance of doing your own research to make sure this is what you want. In my case, I am glad I have added this product for my daily supplemental regimen. I am almost finished up with this bottle and I am definitely going to order another one very soon.

Got this because my appetite is nonexistent most of the time and Maca has helped in the past. My appetite started to come back within 2-3 days of taking. I’m also in a better mood overall. Ashwagandha usually breaks me out, but I didn’t have a bad reaction to this which is great because it’s been great for my mental health.

Amazing product, exactly what I needed!
I was looking for vitamin capsules that has Maca root, ashwaganda & fenugreek but these vitamins have so much more. 14 in 1 as it says on the packaging, there are so many beneficial vitamins & herbs in these supplements. I’m so excited & grateful that I found this product.
