Much easier to use than gels or gummies and I love that the wrapping can be discarded without littering the ground. The taste is great too and it does give you that extra unth needed on any run or workout. My only slight concern is that the wrapping can break or if running in the wet can start to break apart quickly meaning if you don't use a whole block and want to keep it, it's hard to store afterwards. You do get 10 for the price though the taste is great (I have the coffee and Guava) me and a few from my running club have now moved across to these and as more people try and taste them I think most of us will transfer from Gels or gummies. The issues I have with Gels is the packaging and how easily it gets sticky sometimes your hands too, you are unable to discard the wrapper and some do give you issues with your stomach. I liked the gummies but it's not that easy to get them out of the packet plus they do get stuck to your teeth and than you have the wrapper also at the end. These are easy to open during a run, no mess and a quick bite is all you need every now and then. I recommend to anyone to at least try them.

I absolutely love these! A lot of other products/gels don't agree with my stomach on long runs, but these are great, no issues whatsoever. I have used them all the way up to 100k runs and they haven't let me down. Easy to eat whilst on the run and you can easily dispose of the natural packaging. As commented somewhere before, slightly annoying that the package comes wrapped in plastic as that seems to defeat the point of the natural packaging, but hopefully that's something they can change going forward. Overall though, a great product with great flavours. Would highly recommend

I tried one of these during a 50 mile ride. It went down well, no upset stomach. There is barely any coffee flavour, which I think is a shame. They're very similar to crystallised pineapple really, but I do prefer the taste of guava. The dried leaves are easily holed. I didn't really expect them to be as good as plastic, in that regard, but I don't mind. Personally, I think compostible wrapping is a good selling point. The box does come plastic wrapped, so this is not a zero plastic product.

Love the taste of these (+ they are vegan!) and they work well on my long runs

Für den schnellen Glukosekick prima. Lässt sich super mitnehmen, extrem süß. Sonst geschmacklich unauffällig, da die Süße für mich alles überdeckt. Okay, wenn es schnell gehen muss.

Ils sont très bon. J'ai mangé mon premier sur une sortie de trail (16km avec en plus un gel caféiné). Il est très bon, le goût est plus proche de celui des papayes séchées que du café. La texture est très friable. Ils sont facile à transporter et à manger.
