Excellent skimmer. Oil gets through it pretty fast, so you only get the breading and stuff you want to get out of your cooking oil. I haven't used it to get oil from top of soups/stews, so I don't know how it works for that, seeing as the oil gets through. I do love it, though.

Perfect to use in jam or jelly canning. When necessary to skim foam from the product. Have not tried with fat but will give it a try. Fits good in my hand, very light and cleans up great.

This is a very fine mesh and works very well for straining liquids with little sediment.

It works, removing grease easily Highly recommended.

Easy use handle

This is kinda lightweight and cheap finish. I’m not sure if it even grabs too much of the grease on top of the tomato sauce which is the reason I bought it. I’m not sure if I would recommend this item

Extremely disappointed how cheap and thin metal this is. I was a bit weary about this to begin with and my fears were realized when I received it. The handle is very deceiving in the photo. The item was received quickly but that is the only good thing I can say about this item.

Good product but a bit too small so I suggested getting a bigger tool for bigger work. I like it and does the job well otherwise. Worth buying
