I am 5’4” and 120 lbs should i get the small or medium? some say get a size up but i don’t want them too big and fall down

Do these rip and tear easily?

They are pretty durable, but catch them on a hang nail or something sharp and they will rip just like other pantyhose.

I understand they have silicone, is there enough space to clip a garter belt to them for the aesthetic?

I have not tried a garter belt. The top Silicone band goes right to the very top of the stocking, with no space after for a garter. However, I am thinking a garter belt would be ok since they should not fall down between the silicone and garter belt. There are 2 rows of silicone bands. I would give it a try. They are the best thigh highs I have used.
