Disappointing build quality and performance
I had high hopes for this card shuffling machine, but it failed to meet expectations and has some build quality issues.— Quality Issues —Straight out of the box, I noticed a loose latch on the card tray - an initial red flag of poor quality. This could easily break off and no longer hold the card tray if you are not careful.Another problem is with its poorly designed battery holder that struggled to properly secure C cell batteries. It took me a long time in trying to achieve a simple task of placing batteries into the machine.— Performance Issues —The card feeding mechanism is absolutely terrible and doesn’t always work well. Cards got stuck often, and at times it seemed to only process cards from one side, creating an uneven shuffle. This machine is incapable of handling six decks.I found that shuffling cards by hand was significantly more effective than using this product. Due to these overwhelming issues, I had to return the machine.
