I almost never write reviews, but I HAD to for this purchase! This company went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, support me with their products, and ensure that I had everything I needed to make grooming my dog a successful experience. Like many of you, I wanted to be able to groom at home due to the difficulty of getting in to the groomer and the expense. So, I am new to this whole process. Originally, I purchased the wrong clippers (same company, but I failed to read through the whole description from the company). The clippers worked great, but would not cut through my dogs thick coat, they kept getting stuck. My dog is a Havachon (Havanese/Bichon Frise mix). His coat is somewhat curly and thick.I reached out to the company who immediately responded. They were very responsive and helped me understand that I needed to upgrade to these clippers that were intended for a thicker coat. They were FABULOUS! They also refunded me for the cost of the previous clippers that I had purchased, even though it was totally my fault that I hadn't done my research (they explicitly stated that the previous clipper set was NOT intended for thick coats). I don't know many companies these days that work so hard to make sure that their customers are happy with their product.So, when I finally got the correct clippers I was so excited to try them out. I couldn't wait. I didn't wash or brush my dog and these clippers went right through his coat! They didn't get stuck, they didn't pull his hair, the attachments all worked amazing as well. I was VERY impressed! I was able to completely groom my dog in 30 minutes.If you are looking for an amazing company that backs its products, clippers that WILL work on thicker coated dogs, and a way to save some money on grooming... THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU! I am a life-long customer and HIGHLY recommend this company and product. ~ THANK YOU!

This shaver works very well. We have 3 Shih Tzu cross Maltese dogs and our boy was badly matted and would try and bite us every time we tried to groom him. We invested in a grooming table and with that and this trimmer we were able to get all the Matts off him.The battery lasts well and the trimmers feel solid in your hand with a low vibration that did not upset the dogs.The only thing to watch out for is the blade does get hot.Overall for the price I am happy with the quality and they did a good job, they were easy to use.

*EDIT* I’ve updated my review. Since my first review customer support has reached out and replaced the clippers I had issues with. I’ve tested out the new ones and have had now issues. Now I feel comfortable updating my review to 5 stars!Original review is below.I’ve had this set of clippers for about three months now. When I first used the clippers, they were awesome. I liked the choice of high or low speed, how quiet they were, that these are cordless, and the different clipper guard lengths. My older newfoundland doesn’t stand long for grooming anymore so when we trim him up we want to work quickly. Recently the clippers have started to die, even when fully charged. I always use the clippers on clean and brushed out hair, and clean the blades regularly. They were working great, but now that they keep dying mid-cut, I’m disappointed in the purchase.

I use these to shave around my Samoyed's genitals for the sake of his own cleanliness. I also use these to trim up my corgi's backside so that she looks like a loaf of bread. They're surprisingly good for precision trimming. They're also very quiet and low vibration. Neither of my dogs seemed to mind being worked on with these trimmers. Also the battery life is stellar. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid trimmer set but you don't want to break the bank.

This dog grooming tool works like a charm on my little white dog. He has a lot of fur and hates grooming. This made it easy.

These are really good clippers for the money and hold a charge exceptionally well. They work well.

Poodle/Shih Tzu/ Chihuahua mix & his hair gets CRAZY! We travel w/ him a few times a month, so we don't have a normal groomer. Even though our 15 lb pup has that curly, down-like hair poodle hair, it's also long & silky in some areas ( like a Shih Tzu).PROS:1) low sound- doesn't scare him like the nail sander.2) many attachments for different lengths3) Never "clogged" on us yet4) Wireless & never needed a charge while cuttingCONS: Not one yet! Now it's not a professional clipper, so we know it will wear down eventually, but cuts out mats & tangles w/ out snagging & hurting dog.

These clippers are really quiet and don't cause any alarm to our dog. We have an English Springer Spaniel who is nearly 15 and doesn't like to be messed with. They are easy to hold and will cut thicker hair but really need to be on full charge and have the hair removed from the teeth every 30 seconds to do so. Charge lasts well but clipper efficiency reduces as they lose power. Nice to use and much better than our old mains powered clippers.

I rarely write reviews but these are amazing! I have a cockapoo with a thick coat. He was really long and had lots of mats. These clippers glided through his coat so easily. Obviously they don’t go through the mats but I just took the guard off and did those bits separately. This is the easiest groom I’ve done on my dog. I’ve had a couple of other sets of clippers that have all been no good. These are also really low noise and didn’t bother my dog at all.They really are fantastic and a great price! I’ve shared a before and after picture.

Pretty good product. Quiet and worked well

I’ve been dithering about buying these for ages as the price is so reasonable for clippers that will cut through Cockapoo hair. My mind was made up after my dogs last visit to the groomer when he became so distressed they couldn’t finish the groom properly. He needs cut every 6-8 weeks at £45 a time so I figured that if I got these and they only did one clip, it was still cheaper and less stressful than a visit to the groomer. They arrived today and at teatime I decided to watch a couple of videos and give it a go.First thing is the guards go on so easy and it was really easy to swap them about. Also the clippers are extremely quiet so the dog didn’t really mind the noise at all and didn’t even get up. The clippers did really well and I managed to do the whole dog really quickly and only used about 15% charge. They are cordless which is amazing and they are sharp. He looks so much better and didn’t get stressed much at all, so it’s a win for me. Going to try and cut closer tomorrow but even if they do a few cuts they are well worth the money.EditI have now cut the dog 6 times and still haven’t needed to recharge. The blades are still good - no complaints

Recently injured my ankle and have not been able to leave my home or drive to the groomers for my dog to have his regular haircut. After a few YouTube videos and a couple of purchases later, I can safely say I won’t be needing to spend £45+ every 6-8 weeks on grooming him anymore! These clippers have changed the game for us. As time goes on I will figure out how to cut my shih-tzu’s hair evenly 😂 but the ease of keeping on top of his haircuts have made this purchase a 10/10 for me.The set has everything you need, different guards, charging lead etc. Battery life is amazing, this did take quite some time for our first attempt however I still have 52% charge left over which could easily do another full groom and then some.Can’t recommend this enough, if you’re thinking about it just do it. So worth it! 🐶
