Site advertising was misleading
I was aware of the size difference, but what sold me was the posted comment on the Amazon site - "You can share with your family practical umbrella base protector, put the waterproof cover directly on the base and press it, there is no need to worry about being blown by the strong wind." The statement is NOT correct as you can see from my photograph of our base. the cover did not stand up to a very minor breeze. The tan picture was taken from the Amazon site, and in fact it is the umbrella configuration we own, but as is evident, (1) the cover does not come close to fitting and (2) it does not stay in place. I would not recommend this cover unless you have a very small umbrella with a very small base. Plus I am not sure what is meant by '...Heavy Duty Patio base cover"? I have decided not to return it because I used amazon points for the purchase, and I am not able to get credit for amazon points - so I am out a few bucks.
