Brilliant for re-framing!
I was looking to reframe several prints into frames I had found in charity shops. This gun enabled me to re-frame the prints really easily.Once I had removed the original staples and tape backing, these tabs drive in smoothly holding the back in place - and can be bent so you can remove the back to adjust the print.I would recommend placing the frame face down on a hard floor against a rigid surface when using this Tab Gun - so a kitchen floor against a unit works really well

Does the job perfectly and reasonably priced
I used this tool to hold a painting in the frame. Easy to use, and a very good price and extremely good quality. Highly recommend!!

Easy to use
The company I use for all my frames doesn't allow for the width of mount-board to go into the frame and as a consequence pictures are never in as well as they should be. I finally forked out for this tool and it is amazingly easy to use and secures the back into the frame nicely, the hardest bit was stopping as it is quite enjoyable to use.Opening the tab cartridge required a bit of strength but general use was no issue.

Does exactly what it should do.
It's a tab gun - it does exactly what it should. It's well made and should last a long time. Two tips - if you haven't used one of these before, prepare your frame by ensuring there are no old tabls or pins that could obstruct the new tab and damage the tab gun. Then, get a piece of 2 by 4 or similar to put against the outer side of the frame to support it - that way the frame won't bend when the tab is fired into it.All in all, this is a quality piece of kit.

This paid for itself by repairing two frames
This paid for itself by repairing two frames whose tabs were so soft they just snapped when I took the frame back off.The tabs supplied with this gun aren't going to snap - they are much better quality. The gun is easy to use, but practise first on some spare wood and be careful as it could hurt if used incorrectly.Recommended!

Just the job
An excellent piece of kit. Sturdy and comfortable to use straight out of the box. The flexible tabs are ideal if you want to replace a picture in a frame at some future date because they are easily removed, yet hold firmly when in place. Well recommended.

Flexible tabs
I haven't used these tabs yet, but if they are as good as the rigid tabs I will be very pleased, I'm sure they will be, they came well packed as did the rigid tabs, recommend this product
